Excellent location, great food, comfortable rooms; but bad service
The location is great. The food at the restuarnt is really good. The room was nice and comfortable. However, it was my birthday and I let them know about it and no one had a special attention towards me because of it. Also, the coffee maker at the room did not work, when I requested if they could give me a free coffee to go at the restaurant because of the malfunction of the coffeemaker, they told me they could not do it. Some furniture at the hotel needs refurbishing.

Dirty rooms, suitcases must be carried by hand to the lift floor. I chose this hotel because it had at least 4-star services, but it turned out to be disappointing.

Hotel feels outdated
Although the location is great, the hotel is old and not well taken care of. Many areas need renovation and better maintenance.

Should be condemned
The mold in the rooms, state of the hotel infrastructure is in REAL disrepair. Parking had sewage water leaking on the floor, carpet was dirty beyond description, bed linens with stains, dark and dingy, bathroom cracked tiles, AC and inside air quality OMG ! the MOLD WAS UNBEARABLE.
