Auberge du Vieux-Port

This was the best hotel experience I have had in ages. The service was excellent and the lobby lounge was so beautiful and cozy. We had good value and cannot stop telling our friends what a lovely time we had. The room was very well appointed and the old city is magical.

I went to this lovely hotel with my partner for an impromptu staycation and I wanted it to feel special for her so asked for a bouquet. Alexandra was extremely responsive and very caring. She made sure to take into account my budget and preferences and upon arrival the bouquet was exactly what I had in mind despite not having provided any pictures. My partner was delighted and we had a great time! Ezgi was at reception for most of our stay and she was very welcoming, really helped us feel at home. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

Everything about our experience at the Auberge was exceptional. The lobby is warm and inviting; the rooms are spacious and charming; the bathrooms are well equipped with state of the art showers. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The valet parking was easy and quick. We could not recommend it more highly.

Our train got us into Montreal several hours before the official check-in time. The staff greeted us as we arrived, assisted us with our luggage and allowed us to check in early to both rooms. They acknowledged my father in law's birthday with a note and gift delivered to his room. Front desk staff and staff at both restaurants were extremely friendly and courteous. This was an exceptional stay when compared to other recent travel experiences. Bravo ADVP! We will 100% stay there during all subsequent visits to Old Montreal.

Being a frequent visitor to Old Montreal. I was surprised by how this Hotel stands out of the crowd. The staff is fantastic. We were in town for restaurant week. The room was clean with nothing warn out or broken. It was the most comfortable hotel room I ever stayed at. What a great stay.
