Le Place d'Armes Hotel & Suites

Our room was right next to some sort of nightclub so we heard music all night. We use to come to this hotel quite regularly before and spend on suites and restaurant but ever since they have expended they keep giving us some of their new rooms in another building if we don't book a suite. The ceiling of the bathroom should be checked for mold. The air is musty. The room was so close to the elevator the we had people bumping on us when we tried to get in and out of our room. We could hear the elevator noises at all time, walking and talking., the staff coming in and out. This room should be for staff not clients. Very noisy room on top of earring the nightclubs outside at night. The walls are thin we could hear everything. Told the front desk the issues and they said I had to pay extra to be in the main building. (The building they advertise with) No thank you, this place won't have anymore of my business. At check out we were never asked how our stay was. They know very well they gave us a room no one should ever stayed in.

We were amazed by the property itself. We were welcomed by the valet, Sam, who was very helpful. We loved our spacious room with real hardwood floors. We had a multi jet shower bathroom with luxury Le Labo amenities.

Hôtel Place d’Armes is a luxury property. Service was EXCELLENT without pretention. We loved our large suite. The bed was so comfortable and OMG the feather pillows!!! Felt like if I was sleeping on a cloud. We will come back for sure!!!!!!

Luxury hotel! Omg we got upgraded to a junior suite with balcony!! The front desk agent told us that we have been upgraded and trust me it was a great surprised. The hotel is a luxury property with awesome awesome amenities. Our home away from home!

Although the location is wonderful and the hotel building looks beautiful from the outside, the facilities and layout were disappointing. There is no proper lobby, and access to the rooms involves walking through event venues where weddings and other gatherings take place. Literally we had to walk through corridors full of China, sound equipment, food, chairs and tables while people were setting events. Getting to your room feels like navigating a maze of corridors and non-functioning elevators. The hotel seems designed for large tour groups, and the public areas were crowded. At breakfast, we had to wait for long in a corridor where waiters constantly pass among guests by carrying trays of food from the kitchen to the restaurant . Service at the front desk was fine but not very professional. We requested our rental car the night before our early departure and even we called again half an hour before leaving to confirm it was ready, when we arrived in the lobby, the car wasn’t there and porter couldn’t find the car key. In general , our stay was very disappointing from the check in to the check out. The property doesn’t match the image of a fine, elegant, and unique that the hotel promotes
