Highly Recommended in Old Montreal

It was our first time staying at St. Sulpice Hotel and we were really glad we chose to stay here. We loved the location — it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops, it’s right behind the Notre Dame Basilica, and it’s within walking distance from the old port. We got upgraded to a King Suite with a terrace and a view! Although we didn’t really need such a huge room, it was still a nice surprise. The suite was clean and comes with basic amenities and luxury toiletries, L’Occitane products. The hotel staff were great — they’re very friendly and warm. Every staff we saw (by the entrance, at the lobby, on our floor, in the elevator — they would greet us with a smile.) On our first night, we had the unfortunate experience of being woken up in the wee hours of the morning due to loud noise (people talking and laughing very loudly at 3 in the morning!) coming from the connecting room. We had to call the Front Desk 3 times to report the noise. The Front Desk staff was very accommodating and apologetic. When we checked out, we learned that the hotel automatically provided us a discounted rate for the first night — we didn’t need to ask. Their customer service is top-notch! Overall, it was a very nice stay and we’d love to stay at St. Sulpice Hotel again for these reasons.

A few days in Montreal

Definitely one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. The staff were friendly and professional without overdoing it. Our room was beautiful and all the facilities that one needed. We would most certainly return.

A fabulous location

The hotel is in such a great location as it's close to many restaurants and sights to see around the city. Our room was peaceful and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend St Sulpice.

Our "Go-to" Place in Montreal

A boutique hotel, right in Old Port and close to the Metro. The location is great for walking through Old Port, access to other tourist activities, plus close to the Metro for getting to other neighborhoods. The staff is friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and that our business was appreciated. Our suite was comfortable and well maintained. A great choice for visiting Montreal.

Happy Overall

An expensive hotel option for my husband and my trip to Montreal but in the end we were glad that we chose the St. Suplice for our stay. The room was clean and very nice and the location which was easily walking distance to all the Old Montreal attractions was ideal. We were there early in the week when restaurant and bar closed so we can not speak to them.

We went over the July 4 holiday and stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel in Montreal, which was a great luxury suites hotel. Everything was easy on the booking end and the package was as good or better than stated.

I stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice in Montreal from the 1st to the 4th of November, 2004, and I absolutely loved it and am hoping to go back in the summer. So, without a doubt my experience was a very happy one. Thank You.
