Warwick Le Crystal - Montreal

We had a wonderful family stay at Warwick Le Crystal. The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. A special thank you to the receptionists and the valet team, especially Harry and Ariel, for being so welcoming, helpful, and making our arrival and departure so smooth. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Warwick Le Crystal for anyone visiting Montreal!

Ariel was an exemplary hotel employee. He was friendly and spoke multiple languages. He made my family and myself feel so welcomed I almost stuttered when I insisted I should leave him a review. His colleague at the reception was also up to par. I’d like to refer this establishment to anyone looking for a great time.

This was directly near the Bell Centre where I needed to be for work. The staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious. I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room but otherwise it was clean and a good atmosphere.

Stayed here for four days. A great location, close to the 747 bus stops to get to and from the airport. Easy to walk anywhere in the downtown area, or to take the bus or metro to other parts of Montreal. The Provigo grocery store a block south of the hotel had everything you'd need for food and other supplies. We had a Junior Balcony Suite, which was quite roomy. A door separated the bedroom from the living room. A very long desk/work area along a wall of the living room let us spread things out. Bathroom was clean, things worked well. The front desk staff was very helpful, including arranging for a late 2pm checkout on our departure day. The on-site Thai restaurant, Siam, was quite good.

This is our go to place when in Montreal. The staff was so accommodating, and the facility was spotless. The staff service makes the hotel exceptional!
