Warwick Le Crystal - Montreal

We were on a tour so room only.. beautiful room with very comfortable beds. Well appointed with kitchenette including microwave and fridge. Amazing overhead shower and beautifully soft gowns and towels.. great location near ice hockey etc

Our experience at the Warwick Le Crystal Montreal was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was wonderful to work with, and the hotel itself was lovely, very well maintained, and created a great atmosphere for our meeting. From the contracting stage onward, the process was smooth and straightforward. Jean was great to work with and really understood our budget constraints while still helping us secure a very good rate for our group. Maelle, our meeting coordinator, was extremely responsive both before the meeting and on-site. She was always available to answer questions, helped accommodate our package deliveries, and made the planning process much easier. On-site execution was equally strong. The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us early access to the meeting room for setup, which made a huge difference for our team. The room sets and A/V were handled very well throughout the program. Maxime in particular was outstanding. He stayed on top of every detail each day, making sure the room was properly set each morning, refreshed during breaks, and that breakfast and lunch were ready on time. He was always available whenever we needed immediate assistance and was incredibly attentive throughout the meeting. Most importantly, our attendees were very pleased with both the meeting experience and their guest rooms. Overall, the meeting was a great success, and the Warwick Le Crystal team played a major role in that. We would absolutely consider returning for a future event.

Absolutely a wonderful hotel and staff! Great pool, nice rooms, in the center of downtown. Absolutely will stay here on my next visit!

we stayed at this hotel once before and we had a great corner room with a city view, which was quite large. This time we noticed that the hotel seems to be getting a little tired. i would say the hotel is fairly old and is starting to show the signs. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I don't think we would stay here again.
