Worked with Maelle to plan a seminar for my work. It was an amazing experience! From the planning, the availabilities to answer questions and flexibility in last minute request - we had a wonderful experience. The 2 days of the event, the service staff was very friendly and organized - offering us a level of excellence that pleased all our participants (including member of our executive team) The rooms were clean and beautiful - and even with our event starting at 8AM, most of the room were ready for check in I would recommend the Warwick for both professional and personal visit

this place is very good if you want to watch a hockey game from outside your window its was a little loud but the staff is great

We have stayed at the Warwick several times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Our current stay was no exception. We were visiting McGill at the time and parked our car on Rue Mayor to have lunch at the nearby restaurant. When we came back an hour later, the car windows had been smashed and the thieves took our bags which contained our i-Pads, a laptop, Airpods, and several gift cards. We had originally booked the Warwick for two nights but had to stay an additional night to have our car windows replaced. When we mentioned this to the attendant (I think she was Haitian), she was very kind and did not judge us when we were carrying the remaining contents from our car in a small white trash bag. We must have looked like homeless people! Thank you Warwick for hiring such caring people!

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Maelle Zinai and the entire team for the exceptional support during our Off-site event this month. We hosted 21 attendees on Day 1 and 15 on Day 2, and everything ran flawlessly thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. The venue setup was excellent, the meeting rooms were perfectly arranged, and all AV equipment worked without a single issue. A special shout-out to Maelle, Maxime, and Linda for their responsiveness and genuine willingness to help at every moment. Several attendees stayed at the hotel, including myself, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was also exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, the staff truly elevated our experience and made our offsite memorable. Thank you again for the outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning.
