⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely exceptional stay — beautiful hotel, incredible people, and service that truly goes above and beyond! This review is LONG overdue, but I had to make sure I took the time to recognize just how incredible our experience was. From before we even arrived to the moment we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. First and foremost, Audrey and Anne-Marie at the front desk deserve special recognition. These two ladies are simply THE BEST! Before we even checked in, they took the time to address every single question and concern I had — from check-in and parking to restaurants, things to do, and everything in between. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our family had an amazing stay. What really touched us was the extra effort they made for our 5-year-old daughter. I had mentioned that she can be nervous about trying new things and going to unfamiliar places, and they went out of their way to prepare a little care package for her. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and exactly the kind of personal touch that separates good service from truly exceptional hospitality. Audrey and Anne-Marie made us feel welcomed before we had even stepped through the doors! We also have to recognize Ariel and the valet team. While valet parking was certainly an added expense, for us it was absolutely worth it for the convenience and, more importantly, the level of service. Ariel was fantastic — professional, friendly, attentive, and ALWAYS smiling. He and the team were constantly opening doors for us as we entered and left the hotel, helping wherever they could, and making us feel genuinely looked after. Ariel also regularly gave us recommendations for places to visit and things to do with our daughter, which we really appreciated. Those little conversations and personal recommendations made such a difference. Top-notch service from beginning to end. And then there is the hotel itself — WOW! The property is immaculate, elegant, luxurious, warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and gives you that grand feeling the moment you walk inside. Our room was incredible — spacious, beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and much larger than we expected. We loved that my wife and I essentially had our own separate sleeping area that felt somewhat tucked away from the rest of the suite, while our daughter had her own area, her own bed, and her own TV. TVs for everyone — you can't beat that when travelling as a family! 😂 The bathroom was another highlight: large, luxurious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a deep soaker tub AND a separate stand-up shower. After a long day exploring Montréal, it was perfect. And we HAVE to talk about the POOL — we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it! It was honestly one of our favourite parts of the entire hotel. Every single time we went, it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. No loud, screaming kids running around and no boisterous adults — just a calm, relaxing atmosphere that was absolutely perfect for our 5-year-old. She could enjoy herself without feeling overwhelmed, and my wife and I could actually relax at the same time. As parents, that was priceless! We also really appreciated that there was a lifeguard on duty and floaties available for the kids. Such simple things, but they made the pool experience that much more enjoyable and gave it an extra family-friendly touch. It really felt like the hotel had thought about the little details that make travelling with a young child easier. The hot tubs out on the patio were another fantastic touch. Being able to step outside and enjoy them added something extra to the whole pool and spa experience. It really felt like our own little retreat in the middle of downtown Montréal. Housekeeping also did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned and refreshed daily, and the entire hotel consistently felt pristine and incredibly well cared for. The location is fantastic as well. Being right downtown made everything incredibly convenient and gave us easy access to restaurants, attractions, shopping, and everything else we wanted to explore. Having such a peaceful, relaxing hotel to come back to while still being right in the heart of the city was the perfect combination. What stands out most about our stay, though, is the people. A beautiful hotel is one thing, but exceptional staff are what turn a nice trip into a memorable one. The warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, friendliness, and genuine hospitality we experienced here were second to none. We absolutely LOVED our stay. Worth every penny. Audrey, Anne-Marie, Ariel, and the entire team — THANK YOU for making our family's visit to Montréal so special and for making our daughter feel so comfortable and welcomed. The front desk staff is excellent, especially Audrey. Check in was easy and she gave us information on where to find a sports bar and some pubs.

Lovely hotel. I was here for a two-day business meeting and the meeting rooms and space on the third floor was perfect. Beautifully decorated and functional. The food was incredible! Our team had dinner at the hotel one evening and it was delicious. The snacks and cookies on our break times were wonderful as well. André is a superstar. He's super friendly and relational. On the first day of meetings I was making myself a cappuccino and he noticed. On day two as I was doing setup he took the initiative to make me a cappuccino and I didn't even have to ask. Now that is attentive service! Linda, Louise, Arthur and Melvin were wonderful as well. We felt very well served and attended to. Thanks for a great experience. We will come again.

Love the spacious room! The service for our business meeting was above and beyond. The staff are warm, responsive and attentive. We had our meeting on the 3rd floor and Andre, Linda, Louise, Arthur, Melvin and Mark were fantastic. First time at this hotel and I will come back.

Clean and spacious rooms. No hotel lobby amenities such as a bar nor coffee shop. In room Nespresso, microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Located in the more commercial/business district. Thai restaurant attached that also serves breakfast.
