Great front desk staff
The front desk staff is excellent, especially Audrey. Check in was easy and she gave us information on where to find a sports bar and some pubs.

Great place for business meetings
Lovely hotel. I was here for a two-day business meeting and the meeting rooms and space on the third floor was perfect. Beautifully decorated and functional. The food was incredible! Our team had dinner at the hotel one evening and it was delicious. The snacks and cookies on our break times were wonderful as well. André is a superstar. He's super friendly and relational. On the first day of meetings I was making myself a cappuccino and he noticed. On day two as I was doing setup he took the initiative to make me a cappuccino and I didn't even have to ask. Now that is attentive service! Linda, Louise, Arthur and Melvin were wonderful as well. We felt very well served and attended to. Thanks for a great experience. We will come again.

Great banquet experience.
Love the spacious room! The service for our business meeting was above and beyond. The staff are warm, responsive and attentive. We had our meeting on the 3rd floor and Andre, Linda, Louise, Arthur, Melvin and Mark were fantastic. First time at this hotel and I will come back.

Clean and spacious rooms. No hotel lobby amenities such as a bar nor coffee shop. In room Nespresso, microwave and mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Located in the more commercial/business district. Thai restaurant attached that also serves breakfast.

Amazing visit to Montreal
My experience at the Hotel has been amazing. Rooms spacious , clean and most importantly staff are so welcoming. Two staff members stand amazingly, Carolina at the front desk and Iman at the restaurant for Breakfast. Those two were best Ambassadors for the HOTEL.
