The Warwick Le Crystal Montreal is a beautiful hotel. The employees are friendly and helpful. Maelle Ziani was wonderful to work with in planning our team retreat!

We had a group of 30 staying at the Warwick Le Crystal Montréal. It was fabulous. We had breakfast everyday and most lunches and dinners in the meeting rooms. The staff was incredibly attentive and learned our preferences early. Maxine, Melvin, Linda and Andre would hear a request and fill it immediately or make sure it was possible the next time we met. They even packed up some of the snacks for us to have later throughout the day. We also had cocktails in the Bishop Lounge which was amazing. There was a ton of room inside and out for people to chat. The rooms were amazing! Housekeeping did a wonderful job. Some of us enjoyed the dry sauna, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot fir walking downtown.

I had one of the most amazing experience for the one week I spent in the hotel. I had the pleasure of staying at the Warwick Crystal for one week, and my experience was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist Jorel was welcoming and respectful, setting a positive tone for my stay. I especially want to highlight Jorel, as well as Andre and Linda, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They always made sure everything was perfect and responded to my requests promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel both respected and valued as a guest. Thanks to their outstanding service, my stay at Warwick Crystal was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I left feeling like my money was well spent, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

This was our 1st stay at the Warwick Le Crystal in Montreal... and it won't be our last... We were in the city for a few days to set up our son at the McGill residence for his 1st-year university. We had rented an Airbnb but cancelled after a couple of days due to a nasty issue with the apartment. As a plan B, we went to Le Crystal. First impressions last: the valet at the front was super friendly and helpful... same thing a few minutes later with his colleagues at the front-desk. Even better: upon learning about our unfortunate circumstance at the Airbnb, they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. From there, everything was SUPER ENJOYABLE: the room, the service, the friendliness of ALL the personnel we interacted with, etc. Special THANK YOU to: Kamil, Ivan, Jorel, Ariel and Harry.
