Beautiful hotel with great staff
Beautiful property and the staff was amazing. They were very accommodating to my family. We did not arrive until 5am due to a delayed flight and Bob, the night manager, was there waiting for us with a smile and some chocolate. Rooms are extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great Small Hotel
This is a beautiful hotel located on a nice side street in the downtown area. The area is quiet, yet easily accessible. The architecture is terrific as they added a new contemporary wing for the hotel to the former 1800s mansion. We booked a room with terrace which was perfect. The terrace was nice to sit out on and made room feel that much larger. Great shower and room decor. Don’t miss Aura at the Notre Dame Cathedral—easy Uber from the hotel.

Be careful booking on Trip Advisor
The hotel facility is wonderful. Great location, beautiful and quiet rooms. Booked through Trip Advisor and while checking in the hotel front desk claimed it had a lesser room reserved for me than what I booked. I showed my confirmation reservation. They nonetheless claimed that my reservation is not what was actually booked by Trip Advisor. Fortunately the hotel accommodated me anyway - likely because the hotel was not very full. I contacted Trip Advisor but their support team seemed very unconcerned. Don’t think I’ll ever book with Trip Advisor again.
