Le Mount Stephen

Three nights in Montreal and chose this property due to the location and our fondness for historical properties. What a great experience. From our arrival and greeting street side the staff was fantastic. Friendly, eager to help and a real compliment to an exquisite property. Concierge William was an absolute standout and if your time permits, ask William is he might give you a property tour. The mansion rooms and beautifully preserved; William fills in the history blanks and really adds to the experience to understand the history and individuals behind the the grand residence. Bar George is a fantastic bar with a terrific bar staff. Don’t miss out on enjoying a drink at the bar. The Bloody Mary is really nice. Our room was a loft on the 10th floor which feature a very comfortable balcony/sitting area, a standalone tub, sitting area with electric fireplace and a very nice rain head shower. Bedding was very comfortable. This was a first rate stay and a lovely property located in a perfect locale to explore the very walkable Montreal and just a 8 minute walk to the Centre Bell for concert and events. Cant imagine staying elsewhere when visiting Montreal and the Michelin recognition is well deserved.

It was a luxurious experience at this boutique hotel, and the Staff were friendly and very helpful with everything you needed. The concierge service was excellent and William provided excellent restaurants in Montreal and beautiful areas to see . The front desk service was excellent Hillary and all of her team were friendly and always helpful . My partner and I absolutely loved our experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Beautiful hotel! The staff is warm, attentive, professional, and helpful. The level of service is perfect-- attentive but not overbearing. The location of the hotel within the "Golden Mile" was perfect for us, and still, inside the hotel it was quiet and peaceful. I'd recommend staying here!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and quiet. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient.

Beautiful property and the staff was amazing. They were very accommodating to my family. We did not arrive until 5am due to a delayed flight and Bob, the night manager, was there waiting for us with a smile and some chocolate. Rooms are extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.
