Four Seasons Hotel Moscow

We had an exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Moscow. The location is simply unbeatable—right next to Red Square and within walking distance of all the major attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Four Seasons Hotel Moscow The service was outstanding from arrival to departure. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and offered every comfort you would expect from a luxury hotel. This is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in Moscow and Russia. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true five-star experience.

This hotel does not belong to Four Seasons — they are only using the name. During my stay, I experienced a serious safety and compliance incident. The Four Seasons group confirmed they have not managed this property since 2022 (check on their website). The hotel provided only a formal and dismissive response. The main issue is that unauthorized people entered and stayed in my room without registration or my permission, and the hotel failed to check guests’ IDs or documents.

The hotels on Red Square service is excellent. Staff extremely friendly food was very nice. I had beef stroganoff served mashed potato. I was very impressed. The rooms are very spacious with great views. I don't know how much it cost as it was on expenses but I would highly recommend it like most of the four seasons Hotel.

Hotel building was spectacular but I can say the same about the rooms. Our room was "Grand Premier Room with Kremlin View" but unfortunately the heating was misworking with -15c outside it was a challenge. Finally after complaints the management agreed to move us to other more spacious room with no extra charge. Reason for low point is the frustration and inconvenience.

The hotel, Nestled in the heart of Moscow, offers a prime location surrounded by all the city’s attractions. Pros: - Prime location - Friendly and supportive staff - Spacious and well-decorated rooms - Loving lobby with a delightful dessert menu - Must-try: the four-cheese pizza at the Italian restaurant - absolutely delicious! Cons: - Some staff members don’t speak English, so you’ll need to use translation apps.
