Four Seasons Hotel Moscow

The hotels on Red Square service is excellent. Staff extremely friendly food was very nice. I had beef stroganoff served mashed potato. I was very impressed. The rooms are very spacious with great views. I don't know how much it cost as it was on expenses but I would highly recommend it like most of the four seasons Hotel.

Hotel building was spectacular but I can say the same about the rooms. Our room was "Grand Premier Room with Kremlin View" but unfortunately the heating was misworking with -15c outside it was a challenge. Finally after complaints the management agreed to move us to other more spacious room with no extra charge. Reason for low point is the frustration and inconvenience.

The hotel, Nestled in the heart of Moscow, offers a prime location surrounded by all the city’s attractions. Pros: - Prime location - Friendly and supportive staff - Spacious and well-decorated rooms - Loving lobby with a delightful dessert menu - Must-try: the four-cheese pizza at the Italian restaurant - absolutely delicious! Cons: - Some staff members don’t speak English, so you’ll need to use translation apps.

Four seasons hotels always give the best service and are very understanding when it comes to changes cancellations. Due to my plan changes the staff was so understanding and patient that we had to changed dates and airport transfer three times, always in touch through their whatsapp, they reply politely and always within a minute! One of the best services i have ever experienced, of course the hotel is great and the location is the best in Moscow. for payment had no issue paying visa and so on. Arriving at the FS Moscow feels like coming home. The doormen smile when they see me and say "Welcome Sir, The staff are all so warm and responsive to the slightest requests. The rooms are luxurious. I stayed for 4 Nights with red square view OMG. The concierge team, are the best. they handled all our special requests. reception upgrades me to fabulous rooms. The hotel is perfect as I anticipate from Four Seasons hotels selection. The room design is stunning as usual and the hospitality is amazing me one more time. Overall our stay exceeded expectations. With its blend of beautiful aesthetic and outstanding service, it's the perfect choice for any traveler seeking a memorable experience specially at Moscow inside the hotel is different than any other hotel in the city due to bilingual staff and them willing to help
