This charming hotel is located in the peaceful village of Mougins, between Cannes and Nice and set in a 9-acre park, it is the perfect escape for a luxury stay on the Riviera. A summer pool-side restaurant and 2 swimming pools open in season. The Spa offers à la carte beauty treatments, a hot tub, a fitness area and a sauna. The spa's Zen-inspired design was conceived to provide a tranquil ambiance for de-stressing and detoxifying, complemented by the inviting outdoor spa facilities: hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi (heated to 30°C), sauna and fitness corner.

Currently staying here. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was lovely & the staff seem charming, but we seem to need to ask three times for anything. We left a dossier of documents in the restaurant at dinner and asked two people at breakfast then the receptionist to please find it. When we left the hotel at five we reminded another receptionist again and it was returned by nine. Weirdly the couldn’t manage to make an oat milk cappuccino & morning coffee is a must. After waiting for the third attempt from the manager (I think) a charming very junior waitress cleared the table and asked me if I wanted anything. I again requested a cappuccino. She managed to deliver it ten minutes before the manageress. The TV didn’t work tonight and the hotel manager came out but failed to fix it. Sweet of him to come but as he wasn’t a technician and as none were available, I’m beginning to feel the five star experience is lacking.

We dream to come back. 5 Stars for the breakfast. 5 Stars for ALL the kind staff. 5 stars for the room 5 stars for the Clarins Spa, absolutely amazing. 5 stars for your beautiful petanque balls. (They are on my Christmas list just to let you know how beautifully they are designed)... 5 stars for everything...... This hotel and Spa is beautifully designed and located perfectly in the middle of nature, close to the sea and everything that we love about the south. You really get to deconnect and relax. Five days in this hotel were the highlight of our long vacation. We enjoyed all amenities in this tastefully renovated hotel, including the heated outdoor swimming pool late in October! Huge beautiful grounds, cosy room with nice complements, top quality restaurant and super helpful staff. In short: the hotel exceeded our expectations. Wish to return soon.

A long-time fan of Spa Mas Candille, I was amazed at the beautiful renovation that has been done by the new owners, the Clarins family. It is a breathtaking property with so much style and every amenity. My only advise would be to either lower the prices before and after the summer period for the locals, so that they can regularly come to the spa. Beautiful place and gracious hospitality!

I am wrtting this review in english. We went to the restaurant for lunch today we had stayed at the hotel 18 years ago. Upon our arrival the hotest would not let us sit side by side at a table we assumed they needed to keep seat for other guests however it turned out there were no other guest. It rained on and off an we had to constantly move the table ourselves not to get rained on the serving staff prefered to shelter in the doorway instead of helping us. As for the food we ordered a crudité basket to start the vegetables were old and not fresh we asked thatbthey change them and what we got back was just as bad and we told them. At one point while bringing new utensils to the tqble the waiter did not bother to clean the table cloth to pick up the debry on it instead he just put them down over the crums etc. As for the rest of the meal it was vsry ordinary. When we got our bill we were surprised to see the charge for the crudités Overall the service was terrible and the food wasn't fresh. This hotel is opening a very gastronomical restaurant in less than a month with the same chef based on our lunch they have a longway to go. The chef could not be bothered to be in his kitchen or find out why a client returned his plate
