It was such a wonderful hotel and the staff makes it super amazing. Everything is superb, I have no words to describe this amazing bc place. Location is perfect, staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Amazing Family Exoerience! 5 star service!!
Our stay at the Charles Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The lovely warm welcome amenities for our family were extremely thoughtful. Lena and her concierge team were so attentive and proactive, and always had great solutions such as finding a great tour guide (Grit) at short notice and the kind offering to use the hotel self drive car for a family trip. The Spa was spotless and serene, offering a truly relaxing experience, my wife loved the ritual experience. Housekeeping timed everything to perfection and kept things immaculate. Ida and the team in the restaurant and bar were super friendly and professional. The personal touches (like name usage throughout the property) made us feel genuinely valued. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Amazing service, fabulous location, fantastic food, comfortable and spacious rooms. I have stayed here many times and it’s always a treat. Especially the professional team and staff make the trip very enjoyable. Had a lovely view from my room again.

All Good Things
I cannot say enough good things about The Charles Hotel! The service is some of the best I've ever experienced, the breakfast buffet was lavish and high-quality, the location is perfect, the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, and the rooms are very large by European standards. We stayed here with our two little kids (ages 3 & 6), and they were greeted with stuffed animals, coloring books, and a smile around every turn. I would stay here again and again.
