The staff at The Charles Hotel went above and beyond. We were celebrating my mother-in-law's 70th birthday and they made it incredibly special! We had amazing decorations and champagne waiting for us in her room! We felt incredibly privileged to be able to stay in such luxurious settings and to be so warmly welcomed. Truly deserving of their 5 star rating and reputation! Thank you so much!

Proper Hotel Excellence !
One of the Best Hotels from A to Z that we have stayed in........ All the Family pampered from before we left Home until we got to the Airport to return Home. Clean, Very well Maintained. Spacious Rooms and Equipped to high Standards. Service from Porters, Concierge, Front Desk, Room Attendants, F&B Staff and SPA impeccable ! Great Location for a nice 15 mins walk to the centre. Would say their forte is the Attention to every little detail !!! Could go on forever :) Well Done

Excellent hotel by Rocco Forte
This hotel is exceptional in everything it provides. Cleaning in the room top quality, service at dinner, breakfast, and at reception and the entrance to the hotel. Everyone working at the hotel were very professional. Close the center and the station . Would be back again

Luxury and comfort in the heart of Munich!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very walkable to the marianplatz area. Close to the train station. The most comfortable room we’ve had in all of our stays across Europe. The welcome snack and drinks, the heated bathroom floors, an unmatched attention to details. The included breakfast with made to order eggs and expanded continental selections made this a nice bonus. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely Hotel and Experience
Unfortunately, we only had one night to spend at the hotel. It was well located, beautiful, had wonderful rooms, and awesome customer service. I also appreciated the gym - it was 3 steps above the average gym in a hotel.
