An all round excellent hotel! Great rooms (we had a suite on the top floor), well designed, wonderful service, breakfast was large, delicious and healthy, great service in the restaurant, concierge was knowledgable, and helpful, spa was excellent and wonderful and great location! Would happily return to it.

Simply the best hotel I have stayed at. The service was extraordinary, and the food and beverage service was top-notch as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If you go, be ready to be impressed!

Three glorious nights in the most comfortable bed with an amazing view of the city from the airy 7th floor. Excellent service everywhere, a delicious breakfast (which included a honeycomb!), quiet music, an excellent bar area both inside and out. This is how you earn, and keep, our business.

My wife and I had the best experience at The Charles. Overall, every staff member treated us as honored guests. Our favorite server was Filo, just a delightful young woman who told us about her experience at a sister property in Sicily with her family when she served at dinner one evening. We saw her again the next night and she was genuinely interested in our excursion that day. What a fantastic experience. So glad our travel advisor recommended the Charles.
