Six Senses Kaplankaya

An incredible stay from start to finish! The location and facilities are outstanding, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. When our luggage was lost, the team went above and beyond to support us, ensuring we could still relax and enjoy our vacation despite the situation. We were especially impressed that the hotel had already prepared our room with thoughtful baby essentials before we checked in, including a bottle sterilizer and warmer, a baby bath, and a changing station. These small touches made traveling with our baby so much easier and more comfortable. A special thank you to Melis and Hazal for their continuous WhatsApp support and prompt assistance throughout our stay. We’re also grateful to Burhan for remembering our favorite drinks and breakfast preferences every morning, making us feel truly at home. A heartfelt thanks to Alp and Cumhur for their kindness and for always helping us with our baby’s gear whenever we needed it. And a special thank you to Nihal for her kindness and for making the most delicious gözleme— we looked forward to it every time! The food and drinks were consistently excellent, and every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed every bit of our vacation at Six Senses Kaplankaya! Such a beautiful resort located on the hills of Kaplankaya with gorgeous beaches and clear waters. We stayed in the family terrace villa which was quite comfortable, spacious, clean and well maintained. Our daughter loved all the attention she got from the hotel staff (Hazal & Melis) who went above & beyond in setting up her room for her 7th birthday! It was such a wonderful surprise on our first day there. Being able to utilize WhatsApp chat for all of our needs was also the icing on the cake and entire staff did an amazing job in taking care of us. They greet you with all smiles and such professionalism that you’d expect for a high end resort. Their breakfast buffet with freshly made gozleme is out of this world. All of their restaurants have high quality, delicious food options as well. Their spa is absolutely amazing with so many included options. Largest in Europe! We certainly utilized their beautiful and clean facilities as much as we could. We also took the boat ride for a couple of hours to explore the beautiful coastline and our guide Erman was super nice and caring towards our kids to ensure they had a great time. Everything was just excellent. Highly recommend staying at Six Senses Kaplankaya where you can experience it all!

Honestly the experience was so much more than expected - particularly on the service levels. The hotel is able to perfectly cater to honeymoon couples as well as young families - a very hard balance to strike! Beautiful hotel, amazing food and atmosphere in restaurants and top service levels.

We visited the hotel for our honeymoon and were very excited. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the clients services staff are incredible and highly responsive. The waiter staff though, can be very slow, often food coming before you’ve even being served drinks and waiting at least 20 mins for drinks. Having to ask for bread with your meal, or chase multiple times for items to be delivered. They do take on feedback very directly and quickly though which is great to see, and it more feels like teething issues than anything. However, when you’re paying very high prices such as €16!!! For a matcha, it seems like there should be much better service. The prices of the food and drinks is incredibly high/ridiculous. A can of coke, €10, a bottle of water at meals €8 despite being free around the hotel, and portion of fries being €16. When staying in a nice hotel I expect high prices but it feels like it’s leaning on ridiculous. Saying that, everything in the hotel comes at a cost. Padel - €10 for a racket per person. Padel boarding I was shocked to find cost €25 per person for 30 minutes. Normally at a 5* hotel you expect non moterised water sports to be included so that was pretty disappointing to find out. The spa facilities are great although the women’s sauna and steam were quite cold. But incredible treatments on offer. There are also a lot of families with children which visit the hotel, and the staff are amazing with them. It would be nice if there was an adult only beach or pool area. There are supposedly 4 beaches but 1 appears to be closed now. There is a family beach but most of the kids turn up on the normal beach. I would returns to the hotel but might look around before booking.
