A special mention to Mr. Ranjit and the reception team for their exceptional hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. The hotel is luxurious with attention to small details. The staff is very helpful especially the 24*7 room cleaning facility was appreciated. I'd like to mention Mukesh who was working with Sofitel did a great job.

Had an amazing experience at Sofitel fitness, imran was bery helpful through out our stay. He was so concern had a presence of mind, that he provided me the laundry bag when he saw that i have a soil clothes with me. Really appreciate all his effort amd help

Sofitel BKC has an excellent gym with all the equipment you need. The sauna and steam room are a huge bonus too. I trained with Coach Ravi and had a brilliant experience. From the get-go he was warm and supportive. We started with a proper mobility routine, moved into strength work where he corrected my technique on every lift and finished with some killer HIIT rounds that were tough but really fun. What I appreciated most about Ravi was his coaching style: super clear cues, positive energy and zero intimidation. He checks in with everyone, explains the ‘why’ behind each move and knows exactly when to motivate you to push harder. Walked out feeling strong, loose and already planning my next class with him. Highly recommend!
