Sofitel Mumbai BKC

Very nice atmosphere, great food, nice staff specially Santosh and Rohan. Great time.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, especially because of the exceptional service and warmth extended by the Club Lounge team. Janvi and Mayuri were absolutely wonderful—both were incredibly attentive, courteous, and always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm and personalized service truly made my stay feel special. I would also like to give a special mention to Vinit, who went above and beyond when I was feeling unwell and feverish. He thoughtfully prepared a hot drink for me and made sure I was comfortable. That small gesture of care and kindness genuinely meant a lot to me. The entire Club Lounge team made me feel welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. It is people like Janvi, Mayuri, and Vinit who make hospitality memorable. Thank you for the wonderful service and for making my stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC so pleasant.

Had a great experience at the gym! The machines are modern and use the latest technology. A special mention to Ravi, the gym trainer, who was amazing. He patiently showed me how to use the machines. He was also very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout. The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were also excellent and added a great touch to the overall experience, especially for relaxing after a workout. Overall, a great gym with excellent equipment and staff!

I recently stayed here during my Mumbai business trip and found the location to be amazing. Most of the major companies are nearby and even the airport is not too far, which makes it very convenient for business travelers. The check-in process was smooth and breakfast was good with decent options. The only thing I felt was a little different is the structure of the room - it's a bit zig-zag. Except for that one small suggestion, everything was alright. Overall a comfortable stay for business purposes. Recommended..!! 👍
