Improving Service
Airport Transfer Used prepaid taxis the airport. Transfer time was 20m minutes. The Check-in and Room We stayed at the hotel on two occasions during February. Our check-in was quick, and the room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom area was very clean, large and the shower was hot. Our room was always clean and well stocked with water. The free Wi-Fi in the room and the hotel was very good. Location The hotel location was ideal with many eating places at walkable distance. Plenty of taxis available outside the hotel. Food There was good choice of local fruits and food at breakfast time. The buffet restaurant provided choice of western and Indian cuisine at breakfast time. We were very impressed by the service. Pools and Gym The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. There are sunbeds and sitting area around the pool which are kept clean by very friendly staff. Towels are available by the pool. The staff everywhere were very friendly. Our particular thanks go to Khushbu (from Agra) in receptions Sahita in the lounge Nidhi from Mumbai and Sujit. The service we received was impeccable. We have recommended this hotel to our friends and family members.

Stay in August - Family stay
It was a good overall experience . The checkin and checkout were good and quick . Food was good. And housekeeping was fast
