Really appreciate the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. We had been there at the Sofitel BKC during 21- 22--23 August 2026 to attend an event at the NMACC. Right from the entrance and front desk, everything was excellent. The room was having all extraordinary amenities and exceptional cleanliness. At the entrance, Mr. Gurmeet Singh welcomed us with a pleasant smile, the Concierge at the time of check in, was so helpful. Check in was so smooth and hastle free. Breakfast at the Pondicherry Cafe was impeccable and sumptuous, where entire team in general and Chef Mr. Sandeep, Ms Poorva, Ms Archana and Mr. Bhavesh had given their 101 percent. Again, when we checked out, the front desk team and Mr. Gurmeet Singh offered a sweet smile 😊 wishing to come soon 🔜 !! In all, we would rate our stay and experience with the Sofitel BKC to be top-notch... Thank you Sofitel BKC !
