Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

On a business trip and stayed here for 2 weeks. The services were Four Seasons standard. Very attentive, very helpful and always smiling. Just take note that speed is not a norm here. So plan your requests properly. The room was great. Size was perfect. Would be great if the room was not so dim. Because it was a business trip, the working desk matters alot. However, the 'working desk' was a round table, that made the 'working' not so convenient. The room was equiped with international power sockets, therefore, no adapter was required - well done. I love it when the room equiped with a bluetooth speaker, it made the stay more personal. Additionally, casting from the mobile phone and tablet to the inroom TV was a bliss. Very easy. That also made the stay so much more personal. As a seasoned traveller, I usually travel with my own shower head (with filter) and wash basin tap filtered head. Please take note, these brand new filter in white were super brown (with rust and impurities) after the 2-week stay. Was glad I had them with me for this trip. I had a little episode in the room where I 'welcomed' a cockroach on my bed. The hotel sent in the pest control while I was away for work that day. It never appeared after that. Laundry was great (exceeded my expectation). Delivery back was very timely and the apparels were very well ironed. Breakfast was great. Buffet spread plus ala carte buffet ordered from the menu every morning. Super recommended the Rice Congee Chicken - I had it every morning from day 3. I did not consume anything raw (e.g. salad, cut fruits and cereals) at the breakfast place for obvious reason. There were enough baked and cooked food at the breakfast spread to fill the stomach. The waiters and waitresses at the breakfast place were great. They remembered my room number already from the morning of day 2. They could also remember my 'standard' order for breakfast, i.e. rich congee chicken and mocha (with an additional shot of expresso) - thank you all, you all made my stay in Mumbai much easier. The gym was decent. More cardio treadmills than weights but enough to keep the body worked-out. The roof-top place, AER was very popular almost the locals. People actually dressed up (ladies with gowns) to AER. Love the sunset view, a must see. Again, foods don't get served in a swift manner, so get ready to mingle for a long time before you see food on your small table. The lounge is really not like other club lounges you visited in other hotels. You get charged for your drinks - please take note. The only free 'food' was some nuts they served. On your way back to the hotel, get ready to have your bags served every day. That happened to us for the 2 weeks we stayed. Troublesome but provided some sense of added security. There is NOTHING around the hotel. So make your stay a good one in the room. Quality of the food, including room service, was average to below-average. But the spread is enough to keep you away from hunger. Overall, a good place to stay.

These guys are incredible. Service is super slick, thoughtful and engaging. Room is very nice. Everything was so seamless and Faizan and Auyunsh especially went above and beyond. They even sent us a care package when we arrived at a different hotel in India!

It was a perfect experience in terms of facilities and food. Hotel has a very friendly staff and provides all the help and support required.

Bestest hotel and the most amazing experience i ever had, chinmay and team made everything so special tha we were so thankful to him n team, the rooms, the view, the staff and specially Chinmay, all were too good and polite, would definitely recommend this to everyone.
