Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

The Hotel sets a new benchmark for hospitality! As they say, it is the people who make or break any situation - and this is where Four Seasons wins. Their personnel are ace in the industry. Right from the check-in Executive to the Assistants (special shoutout to Siddesh Pawar for his attention to details) to the Concierge all deserve kudos.

The service and staff at the Four Seasons consistently exceed excellence, representing a true industry benchmark. I had a perfectly comfortable stay without a single flaw. Every touchpoint throughout the hotel is thoughtfully designed and truly appreciated

Our first experience of a Four Seasons and we were thoroughly impressed, what a true 5 star experience. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity and Baby at the breakfast service was particularly kind and hospitable. We also enjoyed the restaurant and in room dining after arriving from a late flight.

Wonderful stay. I was in Mumbai for a three night trip and everything at the Four Seasons was excellent. The rooms are luxurious and very well designed, the other facilities are top notch and the food at each venue was terrific. But what really separates this experience is the outstanding hospitality of each and every member of the hotel team I encountered. They are not only warm and engaging, but they know how to make every interaction a positive one. I look forward to my next stay.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like royalty. The staff were genuinely friendly and always asking if there was anything more they could be doing. Our suite was spacious and our bed was comfortable which ensured great sleep quality. The bathroom was equally generous in size. Our breakfast each day was delicious, plenty of choices with personal requests catered for. The fitness centre was well equipped, and the male change room incorporated a spa pool, sauna, hot & cold experience showers and a relaxation room. The pool was under renovation but we could have accessed another nearby pool using their transportation, but we never did. It was the staff and their incredible service that stood out for us, from the doorman up to chefs and managers who always ensured you were happy.
