My son & wife had an amazing service at this prestigious property. Mr. Vinod Pandit our BMW chauffeur was humble & exceptional, front desk, Restaurant & entire front desk team of Fagun Concierge Team was exceptional. Outstanding experience at the Four Seasons, Worli, Mumbai. I was visiting Mumbai for work as well as to see family. My stay exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely top notch. I have stayed at the Regis (close by) and at the Westin in Powai in the past and they pale in comparison to the overall standard and service at the Four Seasons. The culture of treating their clients right is rooted in all the service staff. I was amazed how many times for offer of tips was turned down (with quotes "No Sir, we get a salary"). The breakfast and room service food quality was extremely good. The folks who help you at the entrance with luggage and cars were outstanding. One of the manager upgraded us to a corner room as we were there for 6 nights. Overall a fabulous stay and we are always going to stay at the Four Seasons next time we visit Mumbai

We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons in Mumbai. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing suite. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We joked that they must have thought we were someone else because we were treated like royalty! The restaurant on the main level was very good with an extensive menu and the rooftop bar was a super fun scene. Aashrit Maheish, the front office manager, went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He always had a smile on his face & made our stay truly special. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our first experience at a Four Seasons property and it was fantastic! From the moment I first communicated with you for assistance with our airport transfer, to checking in early, to suggestions and assistance with our esxcursions, A+! Today’s excursion with chef Gurav was the icing on the cake. The attention to detail and personal and insights to Mumbai and the local cuisine was an experience to remember. Cannot think of a better way to end our stay in your wonderful city. Thank you to all the phenomenal staff who helped make our stay so successful. We will be back!
