We had the most fantastic experience at the Four Seasons Mumbai. The Four Seasons provided my family excellent service. At check-in, they gave me a welcome drink (that was really good). The concierge whose name was Sofiya, was also really helpful. She was always on top of things. Like when my son was sick, she called a doctor to come to the hotel and examine him. She also made sure someone from the hotel went to pick up his prescription. She scheduled cooking classes for our family, along with a sweet making class for my kids. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Always a wonderful experience. The FS Mumbai has been my go to hotel for over 15 years when I am in Mumbai. The hotel is your classic luxury hotel in India. High standards. Incredible rooms and service. Nice selection of restaurants and dining options. What makes the FS Mumbai different is the people. They excel at providing a warm and welcoming service. There are little thoughtful items like upon my arrival around 2am, they had a bowl of warm pumpkin soup waiting. This little touch of comfort food is an example of how they stand out. Additionally, throughout the stay the FS app is fantastic. It allows for quick and effortless communications for any of your needs. Bottom line, as someone who spends upwards of 200 nights a year traveling for business, the FS Mumbai is a property that I always look forward to returning to.

Harsh Praanan at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When I informed him that I had misplaced my Amex card, he immediately said I could not avail any Amex Centurion benefits. As a regular guest and a Centurion member, this is not the level of service I expect. Instead of offering help-such as suggesting alternatives, assisting in locating the card, or finding a workaround-he was dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant. The overall service attitude was poor and disappointing. The supervisor on duty Neerbha was equally unhelpful and rude, and even asked me not to write a review rather than addressing the issue. From a service standpoint, the hotel needs significant improvement. My feedback to American Express would be to reconsider this property's inclusion he loyalty program if this is the standard or guest treatment. Also the room they ended up giving me smelt of throw up! Avoid this hotel at all costs

This hotel is under renovation and fails to deliver to four seasons experience. A lot of glitches and they kept apologizing and then fixed the issues for the most part. I reserved this Amex platinum but I think I will reserve a different place best time.

My husband and I are pleased to state that our decision to stay at the Four Seasons hotel in Mumbai was an excellent choice. We had chosen the hotel primarily for its convenient location. However, the exceptional service provided by the staff went beyond our expectations. Our thanks to Sarthak, Shravani, Larisa, Abhishek, Dhiren, Zari and Niyati and other staff members who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. This certainly will be the hotel for our future stays in Mumbai.
