Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

Second stay at the newly renovated Four Seasons Mumbai, and I can confidently say the service here is among the best in the world under the leadership of Nitesh Gandhi. Every small detail has been flawless and frictionless from the moment we arrived at Mumbai airport and met the Four Seasons driver. The entire staff has been wonderful. They seem to anticipate needs before you even realize you have them. From accommodating special breakfast requests to making sure the smallest details are taken care of, everything has been handled perfectly. One morning they even handed my wife a masala chai to go at the end of breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. A special shoutout to Chandon, the Breakfast Manager, who truly went above and beyond every day and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. He remembered every detail of every order throughout the week, and his attention to detail, consistency, and genuine care made each morning a pleasure. I can’t describe enough how much this hotel stands out. The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the team is something you rarely find, even at the world’s top hotels. The view from our room overlooking the racecourse is beautiful to wake up to, and the sunsets have been absolutely incredible. A truly exceptional stay so far, and we will be back.

it was simply amazing. a great stay

We had a wonderful and memorable, though brief, stay at the Four Seasons Mumbai. We loved the room—especially the beautiful bathtub—and the staff treated us exceptionally well from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent. While we missed the pool (under renovation) and couldn't enjoy the rooftop sunset due to our tight schedule, we would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend using the Concierge services if you need any assistance; the team is incredibly helpful and professional!

Made the fatal mistake of reading some negative reviews of this hotel. It was more than fine ! Athul at breakfast and Swen in the AER rooftop bar were the stars of the show but all staff were outstanding. Highly recommended
