Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

Amazing experience with great food and ambience. The kids love the time spent there and it was very relaxing. The service was best in class and the hotel staff were very professional.

Staff for excellent the rooms are very very large with panoramic views of Mumbai. It's a little bit out of the city. You will get amazing sunsets from the swimming pool on the roof as well as from your window but a lot of that is due to the smog, the buffets are amazing at attaching some photos.

Stayed here recently for my birthday and had an exceptional stay. The hotel was responsive, friendly, warm, and welcoming each step of the way. The hotel even upgraded my room type to a 1BR suite! They included a wonderful chocolate cake in the room along with balloons and some wonderful towel art. Staff was also welcoming to the top floor for views, even when they weren't properly opened which I appreciated. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast also was excellent as was our host. The food was great as was the service. Honestly, everything was perfect. I would gladly recommend and hope to come back sometime. Thank you for everything.

I stayed from 14-17 July 2025 to come back to beautiful city of Mumbai, stayed at this beautiful property. I feel home and feel the friendliness of the staffs, everyone so kind and offer an assistance during my stay. From check in so flowless and quick to let me rest due to I arrived midnight. Breakfast was great with the options and the service is superb. Noiya at the restaurant at the lobby level was so kind to arrange my special early morning breakfast. I got headache, the staff arrange a medicine with warm water and milk to my room, this warm hospitability is highly appreciated. Overall stay was so enjoyable and definitely wan to come back again in the future.

the Hotel stay was very comfortable. Particularly, I found the staff very caring. the rooms were clean and well furnished. Overall I am very happy with the whole experience.
