Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

I had an exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, and the hospitality was truly world‑class. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. Every interaction reflected professionalism and care, making me feel welcomed and well looked after throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of my stay. The spread was extensive, offering a perfect blend of local Indian options. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, with attentive service ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The rooftop bar is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views that make the experience truly special. The music creates a great vibe and adds perfectly to the atmosphere. The restaurant staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The drink selection and appetizers were excellent, with plenty of great options to choose from. I also tried the noodles from the Asian restaurant, which were absolutely delicious. Overall, the combination of outstanding hospitality and an amazing breakfast buffet made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai.

Ordinary! From my arrival at the hotel to departure, it was an average experience. I was here for a business event. The food was the biggest disapponintment and that srntiment was shared by most guests attending the event. I tried all three meals B, L and D and its was just ordinary food, motsly tasteless, oily or bland with extremely limited choices. Lobby is small, crowd management is poor. The hotel building has signs of wear and tear. Washrooms were unclean and touch taps not functioning. Overall dissapointing experience.

Our stay was excellent, food and restaurants personnel was excellent too and Chimmey at the reception was wonderful and very kind.

what an Atmosphere!!! Amazing Food. Life Time Experience Noise Level is okay.

We had a great 3 night stay here. Especially when so much work is being done. I presume the entrance to the hotel will be improved. The location at the moment is dirty and run down. A visit to the pool would have been nice on a hot day, but I presume the absence is due to the renovation. I also presume the rather cramped reception was also due to renovations. The staff were very attentive, if a little too much at times. The 35th bar was excellent and we enjoyed it there each night.
