Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

the Hotel stay was very comfortable. Particularly, I found the staff very caring. the rooms were clean and well furnished. Overall I am very happy with the whole experience.

From the moment we checked in to this hotel we knew we were in for a super time. The staff were all so welcoming. We were treated like real VIPs. We was totally spoilt, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were amazing they really go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. I was welcomed by birthday cake and balloons. Really good tips of where to visit in Mumbai too which were appreciated as this was our first visit. The staff at breakfast really went out of their way. The rooftop bar was definitely worth a visit. The food selection at breakfast was brilliant something for everyone and really tasty, so much selection. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is, as one should expect from a Four Seasons, classy, comfortable and slick. This one is less spacious than others of the same brand, but it provides all one can ask for in a tight package. The staff is super professional, efficient and well trained. I commend one Chinmay for being particularly helpful.

Great high rise modern sea facing property, close to phoenix mall. High quality service , premium food , warm people . I would like to thank chef Abhishek and gym trainer Mandar for their excellent guest centric approach. Bombay sandwich from the breakfast was amazing , also the best ABC juice I have had . Probably one of the best hotels I've seen anywhere in the world. The quality of the service, staff is second to none. The room are beautiful, the food was outstanding. Classy, caring. Fantastic roof top bar This hotel is perfect for westerners , probably more business than tourist.
