Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

We stayed at the Four Seasons for three nights at the end of February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations, but manages to ensure that guests hardly notice. We had a very nice room that offered us all the amenities of a 5* hotel (which is a given, of course, given the standard). What was really outstanding was the staff. Whatever request we had was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We had the impression that the staff really enjoy their job, and that's exactly what you feel as a guest. Genuine hospitality and attentiveness. The concierge team is outstanding and organized a wonderful day of sightseeing for us—the best of Mumbai in just five hours, without any rush or stress. They even made last-minute reservations at restaurants that were already fully booked—just great. The rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. Be sure to try the house gin. Breakfast is excellent and offers Indian, American, and European delicacies as well as plenty of healthy options, which we really appreciate. We had nothing to complain about, except for the quality of the espresso, which could be prepared a little more authentically, and we will remember this stay very fondly. You personally visit their storied building, meet good looking and sweet talking officials at the reception. Their body language gives away their intent, they are just not interested in serving you. Think of it, how incredible India brand gets taken for a ride....

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It is barely 5 minutes away from the Aqualine Metro station which quickly connected us to a number of places in Mumbai. Very good buffet breakfast and all staff members were very hospitable. Kudos to Larissa - always bright and cheerful with recommendations for special dishes to try out. We enjoyed our cocktails and watching the sunset at Aer. Cool vibes and spectacular views of Mumbai's ever-evolving skyline.

Stayed here recently for my birthday and had an exceptional stay. The hotel was responsive, friendly, warm, and welcoming each step of the way. Booked through Fine Hotels and Resorts. The hotel even upgraded my room type to a 1BR suite! They included a wonderful chocolate cake in the room along with balloons and some wonderful towel art. Staff was also welcoming to the top floor for views, even when they weren't properly opened which I appreciated. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast also was excellent as was our host. The food was great as was the service. Honestly, everything was perfect. I would gladly recommend and hope to come back sometime. Thank you for everything and going above and beyond!
