Excellent Stay with Incredible Concierge Support
We had a wonderful and memorable, though brief, stay at the Four Seasons Mumbai. We loved the room—especially the beautiful bathtub—and the staff treated us exceptionally well from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent. While we missed the pool (under renovation) and couldn't enjoy the rooftop sunset due to our tight schedule, we would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend using the Concierge services if you need any assistance; the team is incredibly helpful and professional!

Outstanding customer service
Made the fatal mistake of reading some negative reviews of this hotel. It was more than fine ! Athul at breakfast and Swen in the AER rooftop bar were the stars of the show but all staff were outstanding. Highly recommended

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff
Extremely unprofessional front desk staff, gave me no clarity on check in timings. Aashay was at the counter along with manager Mayank. Very disappointing behaviour

Chinmay was an amazing help. He showed me around the property and was always prompt in everything. Definitely recommend.

His professionalism, grace, and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. We are especially grateful to Chinmay, who went above and beyond to create a heartfelt connection with my daughter and me. His kindness and emotional intelligence made our stay deeply memorable—it’s rare to come across someone who can elevate an experience in such a meaningful way. Equally impressive was Nirbha, whose client service was truly outstanding. Attentive, proactive, and incredibly courteous, she ensured that every need was met with efficiency and a genuine smile. The Four Seasons Mumbai doesn’t just offer luxury—it delivers an experience filled with warmth, care, and unforgettable human connections.
