Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Mumbai and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. The level of service was impeccable. What stood out most was how the team consistently went above and beyond in unexpected ways - small thoughtful gestures and attention to detail that made our stay truly special. Nitesh, Vaibhav, Kim and the night manager at Aer were particularly outstanding, but honestly every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and attentive. The hotel itself is immaculate. The cleanliness standards are exceptional, and the facilities are beautifully maintained. The gym was well-equipped and perfectly suited our needs. The food was outstanding across the board - whether dining in the restaurants or ordering room service, every meal was expertly prepared and delicious. By the end of our stay, we genuinely did not want to leave. The Four Seasons Mumbai has set a new standard for us in hospitality. We are already planning our return visit. This was our 2nd stay the 4S Mumbai. We chose to close out our family India trip with a return stay to our favorite hotel and it exceeded all expectations once again! Everyone and everything was spectacular. The hospitality and service is unmatched (we’ve stayed Leela and Taj properties throughout India). This hotel is not only the best in Mumbai but from our experiences - the best in India. Rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated with modern furniture. The bathroom is luxurious and the shower pressure is phenomenal. We booked 2 interconnecting rooms for our family of 5 and the set up was perfect! We booked through Amex FHR and everything was honored without any questions. Special thanks to Aayush and Anukriti for being so kind, caring and genuinely amazing hosts! They made us feel like family. Do not hesitate to book this property - you will not be disappointed!

Stayed for a week with family . While the staff is pleasant , there were far too many operational issues across departments to ignore . My first stay with a four seasons property and the expectations were quite high , however the hotel just did not measure up. Call out to the kitchen team as the food was outstandingly good .
