The Welcome: The staff was incredibly welcoming, offering a refreshing drink upon arrival. Efficiency: Check-in was fast and seamless, taking less than 5 minutes infact it was completed in my room and i need not wait at the reception. Lobby Atmosphere: Beautiful, modern design with a calming ambiance. The Room: Both our rooms were quite spic and span. Cleanliness: The housekeeping team did an immaculate job every single day. Comfort & Sleep Quality: The bed was exceptionally comfortable with premium linens, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Amenities: Well-stocked minibar, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming options, and high-end toiletries. View: Stunning panoramic views of the skyline/ocean. Dining & Food Quality Breakfast Buffet: An impressive spread featuring both local delicacies and international favorites, with a live station for Dosa, Pan cakes/Waffles. On-Site Restaurants: We dined at the rooftop Resto Bar named AER. The food presentation and taste of the snacks, food and beverages were exceptional. Room Service: Prompt service, and the food arrived hot and fresh. The staff named Lomy did an exceptional task by providing my kid aged 1.5 years with multiple things like Diaper, wet wipes, soft toy for my baby, a baby bath tub and a step ladder in the bathroom. She had thought of the smallest detail. This was quite a special gesture which made our stay quite astonishing. Facilities & Amenities Pool & Gym: The pool was under maintenance. The fitness center had a great selection of modern cardio and strength equipment. Spa: We enjoyed a deeply relaxing massage at the spa. Staff Attentiveness: Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to greet us and ensure we had everything we needed. Location & Accessibility Convenience: Perfectly situated.

The Hotel sets a new benchmark for hospitality! As they say, it is the people who make or break any situation - and this is where Four Seasons wins. Their personnel are ace in the industry. Right from the check-in Executive to the Assistants (special shoutout to Siddesh Pawar for his attention to details) to the Concierge all deserve kudos.

The service and staff at the Four Seasons consistently exceed excellence, representing a true industry benchmark. I had a perfectly comfortable stay without a single flaw. Every touchpoint throughout the hotel is thoughtfully designed and truly appreciated

Our first experience of a Four Seasons and we were thoroughly impressed, what a true 5 star experience. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity and Baby at the breakfast service was particularly kind and hospitable. We also enjoyed the restaurant and in room dining after arriving from a late flight.

Wonderful stay. I was in Mumbai for a three night trip and everything at the Four Seasons was excellent. The rooms are luxurious and very well designed, the other facilities are top notch and the food at each venue was terrific. But what really separates this experience is the outstanding hospitality of each and every member of the hotel team I encountered. They are not only warm and engaging, but they know how to make every interaction a positive one. I look forward to my next stay.
