Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

A short trip to Mumbai and the stay at Four Seasons exceeded my expectations. The perfect location helped me cut short commute times to north and south Mumbai. The room was great, both quiet annd comfortable while the hospitality top notch. Staff and service were at a whole different level, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Getting my clothes pressed ahead of a meeting in record time. Incredible food. The variations on the margarita at Aer bar were out of this world. Everyone was warm, helpful and made me feel at home. Can’t wait to get back.

Four Seasons is by far the most impressive hotel I have stayed at in Mumbai. The staff delivers exceptional service, the restaurants are outstanding, and the location is highly convenient.

The Four Seasons Mumbai will blow you away!  The staff and senior management team make you feel so welcome and it’s the warmth of this interaction which makes your stay at the hotel unforgettable.  As you step through its doors, the staff are welcoming, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to make your stay very special. The Four Season’s staff talk about how much they love their jobs and this commitment to their roles shines through.  They go the extra mile at Four Seasons Mumbai.  It starts with the first class front reception desk team and then the outstanding Rocky Saldanagh, Head Concierge at the helm of his highly competent team including Sarthak Tadphale, Samrin Shaikh, Tarun Sethi and Aashrit Maheish and his other colleagues who are brilliant. Thank you all so much for looking after me.  The Concierge, Front Reception, F&B, Chefs, Room Services and management team are nothing short of exceptional.  Room Services provide a top drawer service and cannot do enough to make your stay special.  Praveen Suryavanshi’s team in room services are exemplary and in particular Sabah Mohamed, who stands out in his job as Housekeeping Manager. Nothing is too much trouble.  Thank you Sabah.  The F&B team also stand out as exceptional. The stand out managers, Kartik Patel and Sher Singh Thakur F&B Director run a top class F&B team, sophisticated restaurants - Opus and Modernista and the stunning Aer Roof Top Bar  ..the cherry on the cake in the evening as you overlook the sea and Mumbai skyline with cool music, cocktails and a roof which opens to the elements when the weather permits.  Thank you so much to the second floor breakfast team of managers and chefs for top quality service and food, and also to Esra Demir, as Brand Ambassador and Guest Relations.  I’d like to extend my thanks to Mr Nitesh Ghandi, GM and hotel manager, Mr Dwivedi and their exceptional team for making my stay such a special and memorable one.

Another amazing stay at four seasons! Thank you so much to all the team in Mumbai, we had a brilliant week with you! We had so many requests 😀 and you were there for us every time! Huge thanks to Aashrit who sorted us all out after change of plans, literally calling him to book before we got on the plane from Goa to Mumbai and they sorted everything out for our family of 6 so we had a seamless trip, from arrival right the way through the week. Big thanks to Chinmay who organised activities for the kids whilst we were there to keep them entertained and feel special. Also huge thanks to the team at breakfast which was exceptional, and special thanks to Nasar who met us with a smile and first class service the whole week. Special thanks again to the restaurant teams, especially in the stunning Opus, I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names but you were truly wonderful and made us feel so welcome and did everything for us whilst we were there, and of course for the food - wow! The chef met us talking through the menu and giving recommendations, again so warm and thoughtful, there was something new to try each night and for all of us, was absolutely delicious. The team here are just exceptional and the hotel is first class. We had the best time with you, massively appreciated, huge thanks from all our family for everything you did to make our holiday so special.

Well, where to start from…there are so many great things to say about this property, but as in all fantastic hotels, it always starts with the people. And here, in Four Seasons Mumbai, we were made to feel very special right from the start to the end. So many highlights, it’s difficult to name it all; but suffice it to say that, as regular Four Seasons guests (and admittedly used to the consistently exceptionally high standards of the brand), service and experience in FS Mumbai is a top quartile experience. Great location, high end renovated rooms, and great in property restaurants and bars (Aer roof top was great). Great breakfast offering, and great food in general. We will be back again; so for anyone passing by Mumbai either for business or pleasure- do not miss out on the opportunity to stay here.
