EXCELLENT HOTEL! Everything is up to par with a GRAND HYATT 10 points!!! Everything was perfect!!! The rooms are comfortable and spacious with beautiful views. We are grateful for the excellent service we received from Bhavesh and Anjali at the Club reception desk. At the Club, all the staff serving tables treated us with extreme kindness, professionalism, and efficiency, and we are very grateful. Many thanks to Adash, Abhishek, L. Chanchal, and everyone else. We will take home the best memories of all of them. The Club food was excellent, with delicious sweets and some dishes with an authentic Indian flavor. 10 points!!! Congratulations to Chef Milesh and Mr. Farid. Many thanks to Mr. Ameay Dube, Food Operations Manager. He was extremely attentive and kind to us. 10 points!!! We are very grateful and will never forget the wonderful conversations he gave us about the art of the hotel's paintings and the city of Mumbai. Many thanks to our friend, Mr. Domenico, the Italian Chef of Operations at the hotel. We will have fond memories of him and wish him much success in his career. Special mention to Mr. Prakash Mhaskar and Mr. Manish, who were in charge of cleaning our room. They were extremely efficient. Sauna and gym: 10 points. Regarding the gym, many thanks to Mr. Ashish, an excellent person. Congratulations to the General Manager of the Hotel, Mr. Robert Dallimore, for his excellent management of this hotel. The entire hotel staff made our stay memorable and so enjoyable that we will never forget the happy days we spent at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. For all these reasons, we highly recommend it!

Amazing service !!!

Luxury hotel with incredible breakfast options
The breakfast here is a cut above the rest when it comes to luxury hotels in Bombay. We had a spacious apartment room, which probably needed updates e.g. new tables, modern showers, modern kitchen units etc. The service in the restaurants was fantastic. The hotel is also only 15 minutes by taxi to the international airport.

Super buffet at Fiftyfive
Despite Fiftyfive's buffet service, the dinner experience felt remarkably personalised. Chefs Avinash, Manali, and Rahaman truly stood out by ensuring individual tastes and requirements were met with exceptional care. The freshly prepared sushi was absolutely divine.
