Great, well-run hotel
Had a great stay at this hotel. Well-appointed rooms, nice bathroom, great service by staff from check in to the club lounge. Also enjoyed the onsite Asian and Italian restaurants. Will gladly stay here again.

Staycation in the city
Great staycation at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. We stayed in the club room that was spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Erica and Rahul had placed a birthday cake and roses in our room which was really sweet and thoughtful. The hotel space is lovely and the club lounge in particular is fabulous. We enjoyed the finger food and drinks. Shoutout to Mr. Loya, who served us great drinks with smiling service at the club lounge. While the food is good at all the restaurants at Hyatt, the breakfast service at Fifty Five East misses the mark. For instance, the Dosa was too dry, the baked beans were watered down, the juice was over and not refilled. Also, the manager was too loud while assigning the tables during breakfast, so it was a bit chaotic. All in all, the stay was nice and luxurious, making it a good option for city folks looking for a short break!
