⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay in the Verandah Suite
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai with my family of four for one night in the Verandah Suite, and it was an excellent experience overall. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and very well-appointed, making it perfect for a family stay. The hotel facilities were outstanding, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, consistently going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their warm and professional service truly elevated the experience. The location isn’t too bad either—convenient enough to get around the city while still offering a peaceful environment within the property. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

It was very good experience to stay at this hotel. Room was clean and sleep quality was good. I ordered in room dining of tea and it was very nice.

Best Hospitality..!!
Grand Hyatt is a very spacious property.. The best part about this place is their hospitality.. The staff here is EXTREMELY polite and helpful..!! Delicious buffets with comfortable seating.. the staff and chefs are warm and welcoming to help out with any requests regarding food.. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.. Mr. Rahul M. and Mr. Prakash Mhaskar made sure our apartment was clean and tidied up throughout our stay..

Such a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Location was incredibly convenient to both the airport and heart of Mumbai. Security was prompt and courteous and, along with the rest of the staff, made us feel very welcome. Ramesh especially poured over details like ensuring our room was very tidy, even delivering flowers to make the stay extra special. Room was so comfortable with a mattress I wanted to take home. Bathroom was spacious, clean and so well designed. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and amazing value given it is included.
