Overall very Satisfactory Stay
I really enjoyed my stay. There was a minor hiccup (Dirty Bed Sheet) in the room service department but assistant manager(Ravindra) was super quick to resolve the issue. Check in was also great. I like how the Valet gate staff and even the guards welcome you (Greet you Namaste) while you are in your car. The waterfall wall gives a unique looks to the hotel. Gym is amazing, My trainer Navnath K was superb, Very positive kid. Breakfast options and Staff is really good and kind. *Possible Scope for improvement: Hotel Managers can do a walk through and add some extra direction signs specially for gym and resident pool so that guest do not have to keep looking for someone to tell where are the key amenities. Resident guest should not have to walk through the ballroom to go to the gym, potentially creating an awkward situation amongst the party guest and the resident.* Some more holiday vibes (lights) considering it's a Christmas month would add more charm.

Perfect for Business Travel – Highly Recommended
I stayed at Grand Hyatt Mumbai recently for a one-day business trip, and the experience was excellent. The front desk team deserves a special mention—the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, quick, and handled with genuine professionalism. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of Indian and continental options. I particularly appreciated the healthy choices available, which made it easy to start the day on a good note. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

Great hotel with value for money
Grand Hyatt has always been my favourite hotel and whenever I check inn it feels like I am back in the home , the warm welcome and the professional staff makes me feel that I am meeting my family and above all In have become a Hyattian now

Poor service
Service is slow, staff is unresponsive, expected better from this chain, rooms are average... Soma food was decent though
