Amazing staff and service. Rooms were very clean. Entire experience of our stay was very good. The staff from front desk to security personals were very well trained and friendly.

MY reservation was well handled by Mr Amit Kaul and i like his handwritten welcome note for me. I like the way my name is written on the pillow & handkerchief it gave a personalizing effect. Mr Varun Sharma had taken care of my comfort invthe entire 3 night stay. I was welcome by Ms Noor and Ms Azra had made my check-in hasselfree and fast. Mr. Upendra, Siddhartha, Jio, Aditya had taken care of my laugage bags. I had a good time in Eur Bar Mr Ishaan takecare of my comfort Capt. Sunil, Sameer,Rupesh and Mr. Shubham, Aman, Karan, Aaditya, Leroy, Lokesh, devendra and Ms Rimi, RamP, lply had made my evening experience awesome. In Ziya breakfast experience was delicious Mr. Rishab, Sanket, wangwat and Ms Lisa, Amelia had made my breakfast dinning experience delicious. Also In fenix Mr Rishi Dhawan, Shivam, Sumit, Chef Richard, pulvesh and Ms Ratika made my breakfast experience delicious. In housekeeping Ms Aditya Raising, Ms daiko & Mr Srafouti had made my stay comfortable and they took care of my preferences. I like the Ms daiko caring nature and I like her beautifully written notes with gifts. Mr Saptak always ready my room key so that I didn't wait to collect it. Mr Sachin had arranged a car on time. Mr Haaris had made my checkout hasselfree.
