Taj Lands End

We had a fantastic time at Taj Lands End Mumbai. The food, hospitality and sea view room were outstanding. The breakfast selection is huge and has something for everyone including sattvic options like beetroot khichdi. Special thanks to Mayuri ma'am front office manager, her customer service and professionalism is always outstanding and she represents the Taj brand impeccably.

The rooms are very big, wide bed, including a couch. The bathroom is big, includes a separate section for commodes, and a section with bathtub. The wardrobe is big. Has an awesome view of the Arabian Sea. Food: Masala Bay served some great Food, one must not miss having their Galauti Kebab. Kudos to Rohan Bhatt and team. Service: Very warm and made us feel like at home. Marie and her team, including Ajay took so much care of our needs. Spa: Lyla and the team did a wonderful job. Sandeep ji and Sui were great with their deep tissue massage and knew exactly how to relieve from stress and fatigue from specific muscle groups. Front office : Wonderful reception even during check out. The Location is great. I would rate 10 out of 5 stars

A haven in Mumbai 🌊 and our favourite place to be welcomed. We have been frequenting here for over 20years. My husband will go nowhere else - I tried! We always begin our stays here and occasionally stay at the Taj Palace or St Regis etc if we are doing several legs to finish a stay in Mumbai. But this year we actually checked out of the very commercial Taj Palace at the end of our holiday – so busy that many guests felt overlooked – and returned to the calm sanctuary that is Taj Lands End because it delivers that signature sense of peace and polish every single time. In previous years our point of contact was Swati, who we dearly miss– she set the bar incredibly high – but the Lands End team have clearly been handpicked with care. They stepped into their roles seamlessly. A special thank you to Sakshi for making us feel so genuinely welcome. The warmth and attentiveness didn’t skip a beat. From the moment you step out of your car, everything flows effortlessly – security, check-in, the lift attendant – and of course, the wonderfully polished, deck chair-suited, two-tone brogue and cravat-clad butlers in the Club Lounge. Genius styling – and even better service. The management team can rest easy knowing they have a team to be truly proud of. A few tips: we love staying here for easy access to Pali Hill and Santacruz shopping. Bandra continues to grow with fantastic bars and restaurants. The Club Rooms are well worth it if you plan to spend time in the hotel at points in the day and the quality of food choice there I think has continued to improve. The rooftop pool, with views over the sea and the Sea Link, is a highlight. Start with a quiet breakfast in the lounge, ease into the afternoon after a day of shopping, and don’t miss pre-dinner cocktails at sunset. There’s something about this place that just works. Reliable, refined, and effortlessly comfortable – exactly what you hope for when you return. WE are booking next year!

We stayed at Taj Lands for a week in Jan 2026 and can vouch for an amazing time we had at the hotel. The hospitality was really amazing. I would specifically mention Rahul in Housekeeping who was the ambassador there and helped us in every way. Employees like him, makes a difference in the hospitality on a hotel.
