I always enjoy Taj, this time Vinay Chauhan made the stay very enjoyable and simple for me and my friend. I had some complications which Vinay sorted out very quickly and easily. What a top service. I’ll be back very soon!

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Special thanks to Marie and Nagma for their warm hospitality and sweet gesture. I loved the peacock feather they gave us, though I sadly left it behind by mistake.

Comfortable stay
Overall great experience. Front desk management has some issues due to overwhelming amount of movement through the day. However, Marie and Ashok, who managed out floor, made it memorable and comfortable stay through our stay. Kudos to both.

Awful - Adhish Valavalkar etc you can see from photos
Adhish valavalkar -total disregard for Taj policy around outside visitors getting access to rooms till- not sure what his motivations were £€$$ but he totally disregarded the Taj policy and chose to act like a rogue employee- there needs to be some accountability for his total disregard for customer wishes or Taj policies ! He was rude abusive and totally disrespected my friends- shame on you and Taj seriously should take action so such behaviour is Never repeated - let’s see what Taj do ?

Amazing experience!
My stay was amazing here. The staff (Marie, Sujeeth, Zeenat and everyone else) here provides excellent service, they are very friendly and welcoming. The room we got is a sea link view and it's spacious, clean and with a lot of amenities. Totally worth it! I will definitely come back! Again thanks to Marie, Sujeeth, Zeenat and everyone else who made my stay amazing and memorable!
