From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I was made to feel genuinely welcome. Seraha, thank you for such a warm and efficient check-in and for assigning me such a beautiful room. It was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated and it made a fantastic first impression. Marie, Cementa, and Steffi, thank you for your kindness, attentiveness, and the genuine care you showed throughout my stay. Each of you played a part in making me feel at home, and it was clear that providing exceptional hospitality is something you all take great pride in. What made my stay special wasn’t just the beautiful property, but the people. Your warmth, professionalism, and smiles made every interaction enjoyable, and I left with wonderful memories because of all of you. Good everything & atmosphere

Fantastic stay, the hotel is always spotless. Club lounge is a haven after a busy day. Concierge was very helpful. Housekeeping team made us very comfortable- Karan, Rajkumar, Shankar, Abhishek, Sebastian, and Marie

This was, without question, one of the most disappointing Taj hotel experiences I have had. The hotel appears completely unable to manage occupancy efficiently. My breakfast order never arrived despite waiting over 45 minutes for the most basic items. What made the experience even more frustrating was that multiple staff members repeatedly approached my table asking about my breakfast experience. Each time, I reminded them that my order had still not arrived—yet the issue never resolved. The rooms are dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The lights flicker every time they are switched on, which is unacceptable for a hotel carrying the Taj name. The in-room espresso machine is supplied without coffee pods, requiring guests to call room service each time they want a coffee. There are no espresso cups and not even basic cutlery in the room—fundamental amenities that should never be overlooked in a five-star hotel. The rooms have visible marks all over. The men's spa was equally disappointing. Directly above the jacuzzi is an air-conditioning vent that is absolutely filthy, with large accumulations of dust and dust balls visibly hanging and above guests. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance standards. The only truly outstanding aspects of this property are the impressive lobby, the stunning views from the lobby, and the excellent gym. Unfortunately, these positives are nowhere near enough to compensate for the poor operational standards, lack of attention to detail, and substandard guest experience. This simply does not represent the Taj brand or the level of hospitality one expects from a luxury hotel. If you are considering staying here, I would strongly recommend choosing another five-star property, such as Trident BKC, where service, maintenance, and the overall guest experience are significantly better.
