Good room service/ care and butler service
Great service from the housekeeping and butler teams. Cyrano and Pushpa were very helpful. Deepak, Prakash and Sebastian kept my room in great condition. Rajkumar and Gautama kept on top of all room comforts and requirements

It’s an event hotel so be prepared for random crowd in most public facilities.

Exceptional Taj hospitality
We stayed in Club Room 2238 for almost two weeks and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was excellent and the club lounge privileges added a special touch to the stay. A special mention to Devesh, Rajiv, Sahil and Abhishek at the lounge, whose warmth, attentiveness and hospitality were exceptional. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The TAJ experience - phasing out
Been a Taj loyal user since childhood and part of the TAJ family. Was hugely disappointed with the hotel. It's run down, extremely busy and not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel and the price charged. The things I loved most about Taj i.e. Service Mindset and personalised attention was absent. The condition of the rooms, common areas, bathroom, jacuzzis was deplorable. Never staying here and def note recommending it. In comparison, I stayed at the Oberoi on marine Drive during my last Mumbai visit. First Oberoi stay and I was blown away by the hospitality.
