What can I say. An absolutely five star experience. The hospitality has been completely beyond all our expectations. The housekeeping has been impeccable. The food is wonderful and overall the ambience and the stay is very good. This hotel is very well connected and within easy access to all Attractions and restaurants bars et cetera. There is always something to do around this area. A very nice hotel. It would be good to see more people around the pool area. As it can be quite quiet, but this is also quite nice if you just want some general privacyoverall we had a really nice time here. We came for my wife’s birthday for six days and we’ve had a really nice time.

“Exceptional Welcome and Hospitality at Taj Lands End”
We had the pleasure of checking in on 12th December at the Taj Lands End, Bandra. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and professionally escorted by the Front Office Manager, Ms. Sakshi Gupta, who made us feel incredibly welcome. She took time to show us around and personally introduced us to the Food and Beverage Assistant Director, Ms. Architect Gupta , who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The entire team was attentive and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and genuine hospitality.

Pleasant stay at Taj Land’s End
Our floor number 23 was managed by Rahul, Baksar,Marie and Sujeet. They were all very friendly,attentive ,and helpful making our stay very comfortable .

Fantastic service
Extremely polite and helpful Abhishek Rajiv and Devesh were particularly helpful with our needs. We love coming here because of the service and the variety of food that is served.
