Absolutely incredible hospitality not seen in any other hotel. The warmth made us feel welcome as if we had arrived home. Coupled with celebrating my papa’s birthday - everyone really made it truly special words cannot describe with print outs of our family, and decorations that were stunning. Everything from the club rooms, food, amenities were spot on. We enjoyed the speciality food in the different restaurants. We had a lovely tour of the grounds and look forward to coming back soon. This is more than a hotel, it is a feeling, an emotion which is deep rooted - very special indeed.

Shifa exteended Taj courtesy by celebrating our anniversary with staff members in the Bell tower suite on the sixth floor. Never miss the heritage walk n talk by PERCY - who has been 44 years with this heritage property. This tour will make you feel proud be to at this legacy hotel. so book this at the start of your stay so that you can relate to every corner and its history as you stay. Also mayank Babala the front desk manager a very polite person recived our amazon best seller book " we can if u will" to be treasured int he collection of books at TAJ mahal palace. Abhilash who was at the club lounge late night and again saw him at the breakfast. He said i love my job and the people so he loves to be there 12 hours. These guyzz make TAJ--- Wah! Our family would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Taj for making my father’s 70th birthday so special and memorable for my parents. At their age, comfort, care, and genuine hospitality matter so much — and the team truly went above and beyond in every possible way. A very special mention to Mr. Sandeep Ghuge, Mr. Chandrakant Mangesh, Harsh Chobey, and Dhrve Misty. These individuals truly represent what Taj hospitality stands for. Their warmth, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made my parents feel valued and looked after throughout their stay. It was not just the big gestures, but also the small thoughtful things that stood out — ensuring my parents comfortably reached different activities and dining areas, checking in on them regularly, helping them wherever needed, and always doing so with patience and a smile. They treated my parents with such respect and care that it genuinely touched our hearts. I was coordinating and making bookings for my parents all the way from Australia, and despite the time zone differences, the team was always accommodating, responsive, and incredibly supportive. That level of service and consistency gave us so much comfort and reassurance. In today’s world, this level of hospitality is rare. The Taj experience is special because of people like them. They truly embody what Taj stands for. Thank you once again for making my parents feel so comfortable, celebrated, and cared for during such an important occasion for our family. After hearing so much from my parents about their wonderful experience, I genuinely cannot wait to visit Taj myself this November.

An amazing hotel full of History and elegance. The service from checkin to checkout was one of the best I have experienced and I am a regular traveller. I was shown to my room by a young lady with lovely manners it was such a warm welcome. The room was spacious,clean and outstanding. Room service was on point and at your service when needed. Breakfast was delicious with many live stations. They would go out of their way to get you what ever you wanted. Facilities like swimming pool Gym were excellent. I appreciated how staff welcome you everytime you leave or return to the hotel. A must place to stay and would definitely stay again on my visit to Mumbai. And what you pay is definitely worth paying for the luxury you get back. Location is also excellent on the doorstep of india gate and hussling street shopping and food restaurants.

This Hotel is superb . Check in was with Shifa who was wonderful . We are staying in The Palace with access to The Taj Executive Club . We go in to the “ The Taj” during the day for coffee/ soft drinks / water to get out of the heat of the day , followed by afternoon tea , then cocktails and canapés in the evening . Special thanks to everyone in “The Taj”We are so well looked after . Abinhav has to have a special thank you for all the cocktails he is concocting , I love trying them . The staff are all superb and are all trained to the highest standard you can expect from a Luxury Hotel . Well done all . We have breakfast at the Sea Lounge . It can get busy but worth waiting for a table if time allows . Sanjeev looks after our room ( 5th floor) . Every day new flowers are arranged for us and tops up anything we have used in the room . Water is plentiful and very much appreciated . I wish I could take him home with me . I would recommend using the Hotel tours . The tour we did provided Chauffeur driven car , loved it . The travel desk in “ The Tower” will organise your guide , my personal recommendation is Kheersana Yumlembam. We did a half day city tour with Her , very informative and fun . A fabulous and highly educated Lady . I apologise to all the fabulous staff I haven’t mentioned but they know who they are . It was my Husbands Birthday the day we arrived . The room was decorated with balloons and a lovely Birthday cake . Thank you to the Hotel for organising this . Will I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY .
