It's a memorable experience.we celebrated our Golden Marriage Anniversary here, stayed for three nights. It has great ambiance and heritage tag that lives beyond expectations. We would love to come and experience again. I strongly recommend to get this out of world experience away from home.

It was definitely one of my best stays, everything was top notch from room decor to overall services. The staff was very cooperative and welcoming. The property is so beautiful, room view was amazing and the hotel tour was informative. Enjoyed a lot, thank you for making our day pleasant!

Feedback on Stay at Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai (5th–8th March 2026)

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

I recently stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai from 5th to 8th March 2026. The property truly lives up to its legacy in terms of ambience and heritage. It is a great hotel that offers a royal and luxurious stay experience. The housekeeping staff were courteous, efficient, and ensured that the room was always well-maintained—this aspect of my stay was highly satisfactory. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite spending approximately INR 2 lakhs during my stay, my NeuCoins points have still not been credited. I have followed up multiple times via email, but there has been no proper response or resolution. Such lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially from a brand of this stature. While the stay itself was comfortable, the post-stay service experience has been frustrating and below expectations. This needs immediate attention.

My Second Home in Mumbai – Exceptional Care by Nidhee, Mayank, and Shubham

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

This was my 4th stay at The Taj Mahal Palace as a Platinum Inner Circle member, from 19th March to 5th April 2026, accompanied by my son for medical treatment. During my stay, I never felt like I was staying in a hotel; instead, I felt like I was in my second home in Mumbai. This was due to the excellent service provided by Assistant General Manager Nidhee Tandiel, Front Office Manager Mayank Babla, and Duty Manager Shubham, who always took care of us like their own family. Whenever there was an issue, they solved it immediately, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was an AC issue or a light tripping, Nidhee and Mayank solved it instantly. On 25th March, my son injured his leg on a glass particle left by the housekeeping team. Mr. Shubham immediately arrived with security to provide first aid and ensure the room was recleaned. The next morning, Nidhee and Mayank apologized and Mr. Mayank personally took my son for a tetanus injection. They waived all charges as it was a hotel fault, and I was very happy with how they handled the incident. The Butler team—specifically Tejas Jagtap, Aidren Fernandes, and Shekhar—were wonderful. Tejas cared for me like a mother, managing my dietary plan and medications perfectly. He even kept chocolate cookies for my son and fresh apples for my health daily. Even after his shift, he coordinated our 1:00 AM food delivery by phone to ensure it was correct. Aidren Fernandes was equally helpful, especially in packing a Siddhivinyak Ganpati idol so brilliantly that it reached home without a single break. I also wish to thank Butler Head Johnson, who was available 24/7 and provided thoughtful gifts upon our departure. Special thanks to Chefs Rachid, Bali, and Deva for their delicious dietary meals, and to Mr. Paul (F&B Director) for his quick resolution of any service delays. However, I must report that the service from Mr. Lalit (Room Dining In-charge) at night was the worst experience I have faced. He was unprofessional and impolite, often delaying my food by an hour—which affected my medication schedule—and even presented an incorrect bill of ₹12,000. While the management team always rectified his errors the next morning, his behavior was unethical. Finally, I am extremely happy with Valet Heads Mr. Atul and Mr. Amit, and drivers Deepak and Suresh, for taking care of my car like their own. I always visit your hotel because of the best service and behavior of Mrs. Nidhee, Mayank Babla, and Shubham. Whenever I get information that they have left the hotel, that day will be my last day at The Taj Mahal Palace.
