The Taj Mahal Palace

This hotel was fantastic. The spaces were gorgeous and it's a part of India's history. The best part from the hotel are all the lovely staff members. A special thanks to Deepy for her kindness and helping us throughout our stay with everything we needed, to Kshitij and Suyash from the concierge for all their suggestions and tips for places to see, and Kiran for all his help at breakfast.

The hotel has everything you'd expect in a 5 star hotel, but with staff that are clearly passionate about working there and helping guests. It is difficult to exaggerate on the high level of service in this hotel. For example, we need some clothes alterations and the concierge Kartik immediately contacted the in-house clothes designer Parthmesh for a meeting. Parthmesh is a designer, not just a tailer, and actually gave advice on the alterations. This was at 6pm and he had the alterations finished by the time we returned from our evening meal. I'm guessing he stayed late in work. Incredible service. There's a guided tour of the hotel to explain its rich history- but it had been booked out by a company. Seeing we were disappointed that there was no space, two receptionists Farzana and Urvi took it on themselves to show us around the hotel. Not only were they totally charming, but you could see how proud they were about "their" hotel. Again, unbelievable levels of service. We'll be going back to Mumbai - if for now other reason than to stay in this hotel again.

I had great time in taj mahal good service cleaning is perfect and the place is so nice i would come back again for sure to visit mumbai and taj mahal thank you so much.
