Great hospitality at Taj Mahal Palace

Outstanding in every way - Prerna made our stay extra special!
This beautiful and historic hotel is outstanding in every way! We have to give a special "thank you" to Prerna, who welcomed us upon arrival in the most beautiful way with tulsi malas, refreshing drinks, and a souvenir group photo. Upon learning that we were Beatles fans, Prerna surprised us with a gracious offer to show us the hotel's incredible Ravi Shankar Suite. Prerna gave us many tips about special things to see in the hotel, including the nightly Sound & Light Show highlighting the accomplishments of the property's Founder, Mr. Tata. She also arranged for us to have breakfast in the Sea Lounge, where we were treated to a fabulous view of the sun rising over the Gateway of India. We will never forget Prerna's thoughtfulness and exceptional hospitality!
