The Taj Mahal Palace

It was on my “bucket list” to visit this iconic hotel. We booked afternoon tea & I cannot put into words the service here. My daughter is vegan & the care and attention the chef gave was second to none! She came out at each course& explained what was vegan & non vegan. Any dish that was non vegan was either swapped for an alternative or something superior was given. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this type of care from the amazing female chef. Service team were also very attentive which was appreciated. The hotel itself is stunning with something even more beautiful to see each time you turned a corner.

Incredible service, truly grateful to Mr Rahul, Mr Dhruv, Ms Nina (reservations) and Ms Sakshi (reservations). The staff is very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was truly memorable. We were celebrating a birthday and were travelling with little kids and elderly parents. Everything was wonderful- the staff, room, food, location and activities. Thank you for the hospitality and making a lifelong memory all of us, especially the kids.🙏

I took my mom there to bring in her 80th birthday...believe me right from the start it was so well executed, more than I could have dreamt of. Abeer from guest relations called me personally and made checki n seamless. She gave us an upgrade and decorated the room so beautifully with balloons, sugarfree cake and framed photographs of my Mom. My mom had tears in her eyes! Everyone at housekeeping was so kind. A special thanks to PrakashJi who gave us the tour of the Taj- what was supposed to be 45 mins was 1.5 hours! We were enthralled and his passion shone through. What was so very special and touching is that the staff knew about my mom's birthday! They came personally to wish her and ask for her blessings. Really we didn't want to leave at all! I have been to the Taj on several occasions, but this time felt like something out of this world. THANKS to each and every one of you who took those precious minutes to make our stay so memorable.

Absolutely incredible hospitality not seen in any other hotel. The warmth made us feel welcome as if we had arrived home. Coupled with celebrating my papa’s birthday - everyone really made it truly special words cannot describe with print outs of our family, and decorations that were stunning. Everything from the club rooms, food, amenities were spot on. We enjoyed the speciality food in the different restaurants. We had a lovely tour of the grounds and look forward to coming back soon. This is more than a hotel, it is a feeling, an emotion which is deep rooted - very special indeed.

Shifa exteended Taj courtesy by celebrating our anniversary with staff members in the Bell tower suite on the sixth floor. This tour will make you feel proud be to at this legacy hotel. so book this at the start of your stay so that you can relate to every corner and its history as you stay. Abhilash who was at the club lounge late night and again saw him at the breakfast. He said i love my job and the people so he loves to be there 12 hours. These guyzz make TAJ--- Wah!
