From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism shown by all the staff members. There were several aspects of my stay that made it exceptional. Firstly, my first room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Lastly, I must commend the cleaning crew which was incredibly helpful in arranging my room and providing refreshments and the big Kuddos go to V. Marakoudakis for his excellent service.

Munich’s very nice hotel offers excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist you. The breakfast is amazing, with a large buffet line. They also have a spacious spa that includes an indoor pool, streams, and a sauna. There’s also a nice bar, cafe, and rooftop bar open to everyone.

We just had a four night stay at the Andaz and we could not have been happier. The location is excellent with several trams stopping right outside the hotel. The rooms are large and beautiful. The Rooftop pool is great. however, be aware that children are only allowed to swim from 10 to 5 which limited how often we could access the pool. Our stay included breakfast at the lonely broccoli. And it was an excellent spread. The staff were tremendously helpful with our questions and assisted us in making several dinner reservations. There is a complimentary happy hour every day from 5 to 6 PM. Several wines, beer that they brew in-house, pretzels and a delicious cheese spread are offered.
