Great room: large, private - thank you to the front desk staff for helping me overnight
The room was large and very private. It is the size of an apartment studio! The corridors are long and wide, very ADA accessible including in the rooms and showers. The pool is top notch and the best. I wish i had time for the spa and saunas. Don’t miss out.

This hotel was great however far from the city center of Munich and ground transportation other than the tram/trains was quite expensive. Walking distance to most restaurants was about 20 minutes. We ate breakfast ala-cart which was reasonable. We felt the pricing for other meal options was excessive. May have been fine for the business traveler but not a family.

A good stay for 20 nights
Overall stay is very good, staff is friendly, room is clean and super quiet, breakfast have so many selection of variety of fruits. Dinner is also good, steak is so yummy.

Don’t stay here. Not worth it!
Take your money somewhere else. I regret staying here and paying for the price. No toiletries provided, no one helps you out even when you are visibly struggling which is rare for a hotel that deems itself a 5 star. I really regret it. The room was even tiny and not as pictured. It looks old and looks like a cheap hyatt hotel where we randomly stayed in before for a short layover in the airport. This should be a 3 star hotel not 4 or 5
