Great experience at the Bayerischer Hof!
We recently stayed at the Bayerischer Hof in Munich. The location is excellent in the city center. The service provided by the staff was excellent both before and during our stay. The hotel accommodated our request for early check in. Tim Eidinger, the head concierge, was extremely helpful with special requests before and during our stay. He is one of the best concierges I have encountered in many five star hotels. The breakfast was outstanding each day. When we return to Munich, we will return to the Bayerischer Hof, an elegant classic. Special thanks to Tim, chief concierge!

Definitely worth staying here at least once!
The hotel has an excellent location, and the property itself is beautiful. The rooms, restaurants, and overall atmosphere are all of a very high standard. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and booked two rooms. We had dinner once at Garden restaurant on the first floor, and the food was delicious , the risotto was especially good and waiter Pehlevan was so nice person. We also had lunch on the rooftop terrace, and once again, everything was very tasty and the view ❤️ Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, there was one thing that unfortunately disappointed us. One of the rooms was booked under my son’s name, and he was staying at the hotel on his birthday. Unfortunately, the hotel did not acknowledge his birthday in any way , we didn’t even receive a small complimentary card or note in the room. For a luxury five-star hotel, we were quite surprised by this. Attention to detail and personalized service are exactly what guests expect from this level of hospitality. Even a small gesture would have made the stay more special and would have shown that the hotel pays attention to its guests and their important occasions. It was a small but noticeable missed opportunity for an otherwise very pleasant stay.
