Hotel Muenchen Palace

What an absolute gem of a hotel in Munich! We visited as a couple and had an extremely perfect stay from start to finish. The staff made us feel so welcome right away with their warm hospitality. Our room was gorgeously decorated, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean. One of our favorite spots was the enchanting courtyard garden, which was such a peaceful place to sit back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread in the morning was top-notch, offering so many delicious fresh options that left nothing to be desired. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one evening, and every single dish was cooked to perfection. We will definately be making this our go-to place every time we return to Munich, and we cannot thank the team enough for such a memorable visit!

I rarely leave reviews but this hotel deserves an all thumbs up. The staff have a lovely old school sense of polite and service, I was very impressed. Thank you for looking after me and I will be back! Tiny suggestion would be a coffee machine in also the smaller rooms, but then cant fault a lovely person turning up with a tray and a coffee and flowers every morning either :)

The way a hotel for a stay exploring a city should be. Pleasant, prompt, clean, everything works, what doesn’t is immediately taken care of, pure comfort. We booked hotel Munchen Palace with a bit of reservation. One usually wants to be in the old town, walking distance to everything. But I read the reviews carefully and chose this hotel. I am so glad I did! I’ll write the only two things that were not absolutely positively perfect (everything else was, A+! To get to the very center of touristy Munich you’ll need to take a tram or a bus. Easy, convenient, just a few short stops. It was no problem for us at all! We found ourselves in Munich in the middle of an awful heat wave. What a blessing it was to have a working A/C! Sadly, the poor A/C collapsed in the incredibly hot weather. The whole floor of the hotel was affected. The management realized that they could not fix the A:C by the nighttime and offered us a new (upgraded!) room immediately. As I wrote these were so called “issues”. Which only confirmed that the hotel is actually perfect. When we have a chance to come back to Munich, we’ll stay only here.

나의 실수였지만, 좀더 호텔이 친절했으면 더할 나의가 없었을 것을… Despite the excellent facilities and systems, the hotel was disappointed with the service details of the employees!! I was scheduled to stay at the Munich Palace Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights from July 10 to 12, but due to a scheduling error, I made a double booking for 2 days and 1 night from July 11 to 12. It would have been better if the hotel staff had verified the reservation just once when I stated my name during check-in on July 10, but they said nothing. They remained silent during my stay as well, only to present me with a bill and documents fully prepared at check-out. It looked like they knew about it in advance and had prepared everything, yet they just claimed they didn't know. My first trip in Germany has been ruined. It is my mistake, but I still feel terrible.

Elegant, intimate, and refreshingly calm compared to Munich's busier hotel districts. Beautiful rooms, impeccable service, and a garden that feels like a private retreat.
