Better options in the area
Very poorly managed. Didn't provide the king size rooms as we booked. Tried to get us to upgrade to a suite. Rooms not cleaned in timely fashion. Reservations and front desk not communicating with one another. Omar was manager and Lisa in reservations had conflicting stories.

Sumptuous
When we pulled up to the hotel, I thought we were dropped off at the wrong location Not your typical stay for our business trips, but we were here for a two day conference and I’m glad we were staying here as well The lobby is as grandiose as you would expect with all the welcome staff at their friendliest best Rooms were large, spacious, clean and well equipped - with my favourite highlight being the Japanese style toilet in the bathroom The conference went well, with my only criticism being how poor ventilation was in the rooms When you fill it with 100+ people, it got hot and stuffy pretty quickly Food that was provided for our breakfasts and lunches were of extremely high quality and noticeably healthy Highly recommended and would gladly stay again….if someone else paid again 🤭

Very luxurious in facilities but average in service
The hotel facilities are first class. Very classic style but very clean and luxurious. Room is very comfortable and very clean. Food quality is excellent. Spa and swimming pool amazing. Overall service average. In room dining and house keeping are the positive exceptions.
