Great hotel in prime location. This was my first time in Munich . We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a perfect location with great walking distances. Along with a spacious lobby and it served a great breakfast. The room was a little small but definitely was great. Staff was kind. I haven’t explored much more of Munichs hotels but it was definitely a great stay.

We stayed for five nights The hotel is a friendly vibe hotel. Reception was professional and all the details were comfortable and clean in every little detail.

The hotel is beautiful. Great location, and the lobby with stained glass are stunning. But that’s about the only positives To start with, when my travel agent booked the reservation she asked for connecting rooms as we were traveling with two young children. I reached out to the hotel about a month prior to reiterate this request, which they said they couldn’t guarantee. Annoying but this happens sometimes. Upon check in it was clear that no effort had been made to assign us connecting rooms in advance, which the desk agent acknowledged that he was picking from available inventory at the time only. When we got to our rooms, one of them smelled like stale cigarettes, so we had to change rooms. The rooms themselves were small but fine outside of not having any USB ports for charging. But the worst part of my stay was an incredibly rude encounter with a hotel staff member. I was walking down the hall with my 2 year old, when a staff member rudely shouted at me in English from halfway down the hall asking “May I have your room number?” I responded with the room number and is there a problem and he turned away and walked back down the hall. Clearly, he didn’t think I was a hotel guest. Maybe it was my boring, casual attire, maybe a child, but there’s no excuse for that rudeness especially when you need a key card to even use the elevator to get to that floor! Had my child not been continuing down the hall, I would’ve stopped and asked for an explanation. I have never been treated so rudely, let alone at a 5 star hotel!

Came to Munich for a few days en route to Vienna. I've stayed at the Vier Jahrezeiten several times before and never disappoints, another fantastic experience. Excellent staff and service and even got to try the recently renovated spa. Already looking forward to our next stay here!

I had an absolutely great time sitting in their comfortable bar, which reminded me of a bar in Xintiandi, Shanghai! The staff are professional and polite, and take great care to make their drinks. The food is delicious, the jazz band just relaxing. Thank you for a great evening, and in particular, to the bartenders mixing my drinks!!
