Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa

Just arrived home after our fifth consecutive golfing holiday at the Grand Hyatt. Lots of new staff members, some needing a bit more training. Luigi’s was not the usual standard, and we made them aware. Club is a very good idea and we enjoyed the flexibility, but one member of staff in particular needs extra training in dealing with guests, very rude, not attentive, we made management aware. A big big thank you as always to Jose Ignacio and Javier on reception they could not have done anymore for us , they are an asset to your team. Julio the caddy master as always, greeting with a smile and nothing is too much for him. All the staff in the Pro Shop are excellent. Golf courses, the West had two temporary greens which wasn’t really a problem, we were given a 10% voucher off a drink nd on anything in the pro shop.South and North playing very well , although the first time we played the South the 18th had a temporary green , which again we were compensated for. House keeping was a bit hit and miss , again we mentioned it whilst we were there. Sara, in the breakfast room, a new member of staff I believe, went above and beyond. All in all an excellent stay again, and we will be back again next year. Thank you all.

We recently went to La Manga and stayed at the Hyatt - its our 5th year of coming back. We had a great time as ever on the golf course and in the hotel itself, the rooms are great. The staff are amazing - particularly Rocia Schwindt Sottovia in the Last Green serving some amazing cocktails with a smile and helping us to have fun - particularly on the nights when the piano man was playing. Thoroughly recommend the whole experience.

Our 4th trip to this hotel and it's still one of the best! The smell when you enter the lobby always gets me! Had king golf view rooms, lovely space, nice bathrooms, no dressing table but there was a table and a portable mirror so all good! Housekeeping excellent Spent most days by the adult pool, water temperature great. Only criticism is the lack of service around the pool, couldn't order a drink, had to walk to the restaurant, most 5 star hotels offer this. Beds around this pool are not as comfy as main pool. Golf this time not as good due to some of green being out of play and on the weekend far too busy! Taking 5 hours plus Breakfast good! Spa great

As a family we rate this hotel 5*. This will have been our fifth stay in the last 5 years. Every member of staff is polite and always helpful with any queries you may have. My sons and eldest grandson played 5 rounds of golf during our stay. The golf courses are kept looked after by the grounds people, who are out from first thing in the morning and during the heat of the day, everyday. We had booked our rooms well in advance and had requested three rooms on the 3rd floor overlooking the adult pool. Unfortunately due to a premier league football team staying at the hotel for pre season training we were not able to have these rooms but the hotel reception staff offered us several other room options, allowing us time to check out the rooms offered before we made a decision on which were better for us. We chose our rooms and were very happy with their location. We chose the club class option which allowed us to have snacks and drinks in the club lounge. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. There was always a choice of snacks and drinks for both adults and children. Staff at breakfast were attentive at all times ensuring we had everything we needed. We have eaten in the Italian, Asian, Steak House and Sushi restaurants and the food has always been very good. If you haven’t stayed, try this hotel as you won’t be disappointed. We are already looking at dates for our return. Thank you to every member of staff 😊
