Hotel was excellent, great views across the golf course from the infinity pool, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Only complaint is lack of outside bar/terrace to have a drink in the evening.

If you're not Spanish don't come! Staff just ignore you! I waited 45 minutes in a quiet restaurant and asked 3 times without them coming to take an order! Entire place seems to be built to extract money from you with zero service! The bar is the same, just ignore you and everything takes forever! Comfortably the worse '5 star' experience I've had, and I'm lucky enough to have had quite a few!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel The staff, facilities, setting, breakfast, all faultless. We had a family room - 2 connected - very well equipped. Nice small touches - beautiful towels, gowns, thoughtfully stocked mini bar. Soundproofing, blackouts, really thought out well The pool areas are immaculate, not at all crowded The tvs are basic and 1 of our 2 didn’t really work but we didn’t much mind The restaurants in the hotel are not brilliant - we had all our meals there and tried the Italian - quite nice, Asian - a bit strange, and the trattoria which was ok.. the adult pool cafe was poor and we would avoid it; service was over 30 mins, food was not good..they are pricey but hotels need to make money Gym is very good, so is the spa We don’t play golf but that looked awesome We will be coming back very soon Service id Will rebook very soon

We are currently staying in this lovely hotel, we normally holiday in Dubai this time of year but decided to stay closer to home for a change and also celebrate our daughters 18th birthday. The hotel kindly put some balloons in the room for our arrival. I don't think I can fault anything so far, the welcome, the room, the infinity pool and the spa, all so lovely, clean and calm. Not sure how it would be in the school holidays but luckily we dont have to see! Breakfast is lovely, we have stayed in some beautiful hotels and this is definitely on a par. Even doen to turn down service, its the little things that make the difference. I would highly recommend and this is now on our list of return visits.

Everything fantastic rooms service staff attention to detail, one thing I found disappointing was to see a guy smoking near the pool restaurant and bar when people are eating and was not spoken to, that there is smoking area available. But apart from that will definitely be back soon love this hotel .
