Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel

I stayed at the Al Bustan Palace with my two children. It was our first time in Oman. The hotel is stunning inside, and the staff are very dedicated. From the kitchen team to the spa, the service staff, housekeeping, and management: everyone is incredibly friendly and always does their best to assist you in every way possible. I'm grateful for the wonderful time we had at this hotel, and I would love to come back soon.

This was our second family vacation at this breathtaking resort, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Elif for her outstanding support — she assisted us in every way and made our stay effortless. Mr. Can was always ready to help, and we truly appreciated the delicious breakfasts prepared by Mr. Serdar, as well as the warm, friendly, and cheerful service from Mr. Aaron. Thank you also to Mr. Blaise for the excellent coffee each morning. Special thanks to Khem for his exceptional dedication, working tirelessly each day in nearly 40°C heat, and to Firoz for his great service as well. Yesilka, your bright smile is a wonderful addition to the team, and dear Sita, thank you for your patience and the lovely time you spent with the children. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a truly memorable holiday experience.

I have recently stayed at the Al Bustan Palace for my summer holidays. The hotel is beautiful! The lobby is astonishing beyond compare. One of the most remarkable designs and decoration I have ever seen. The chandelier is stunning reflecting the light in such a beautiful ways that it truly reflects the entrance of a palace. The check-in was quick with very friendly service. The room was very well appointed and with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. The dyptique amenities made a really nice touch. The vast pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxation. The food is really delicious on all restaurants. I recommend the Pavilion restaurant. It is served the most perfect grilled fish and seafood. The sushi rolls were also very good as the mocktails Jabal Al Akhdar. We had one every time we went there. The true highlight was the staff. The kindness and efficiency of the service were truly 5 star. A big thank you to all for taking very good care of us and for the farewell tiramisu on our last diner. These little gestures make memorable moments. The Greek restaurant was also a highlight with excellent moussakas! Another big thank you for all the staff at the BLU Pool Garden and Bar for all the kindness and good spirits at lunch time Congratulations to all and for the high quality service! The Al Bustan Palace is my new home in Muscat!
