Grand Hyatt Muscat

I stayed at Grand Hyatt Muscat this week for a work trip and my stay was booked well in advance. When I checked in after overnight journey, they put me in a twin room despite my requests for a king size room and said the hotel was fully booked. I was tired and a bit annoyed, to be honest. The first room was although sea facing, but it was dark, twin beds were not in great shape. I thought that my workshop is gone, as it was difficult to prepare in this condition. In the evening, I have called at front office and explained the situation to Naser, who was on duty at that time. Naser stepped in immediately, Even though the place was packed, he managed to find me a proper king-bed room, moved all my stuff, added an extra lamp because I mentioned I’d be working late, and checked back twice to make sure I was finally comfortable. Turned a frustrating start into a really pleasant stay. That kind of effort when they’re slammed makes all the difference. Thanks, Naser, you saved the trip! I hope that I will be back again.

Very good value compared to their competitors & Partha in club access provided great service, was very friendly, skilled in his profession. Nuwanga Deepal the head chef was amazing, food is amazing as always. April & Abdullah were great at providing excellent breakfast service & Rahim in cleaning was excellent in ensuring clean room.

He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and Lin also gave us many great recommendations about the area, which made our stay even better.
