Great experience in Muscat - Oman
Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Muscat for my business trip in Oman, and it was a truly grand and great experience. Renovations are currently underway to betterment for the hotel. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful . Our room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room even after adding an extra bed for kids. The Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options including Indian and continental dishes. Will highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure purpose.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff
The Grand Hyatt is a beautiful hotel - when you walk in you're met with high ceilings, impressive giant stained-glass windows overlooking the pool, a statue of a horseman holding a falcon... it's traditional and comfortable. It's also family friendly - the pool is a good size with a lazy river around the outside and there's a separate child's pool, plus water fountains and a wooden ship for climbing. The staff and service were absolutely brilliant - extremely helpful, kind with our baby, engaged and a pleasure to interact with.

Nice ventage property with great potential
Nice vintage property with great potential, though it currently requires significant upkeep and renovation efforts, which were ongoing during my stay. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout. The property is also home to the excellent Italian restaurant, Tuscany, which is definitely worth a visit. I believe the best time to stay would be after the renovation work on the other bars and restaurants is fully completed, as the property will likely offer an even better overall experience then.
