Grand Hyatt Muscat

I popped in to have a drink and apart from one staff member insisting I had to sit upstairs and order a full meal, it was fine. Two other staff members said having just a drink was fine. The pool still hasn't been refurbished and occupancy is understandably low. It appears that there are generally more staff then customers so I hope things improve for them. Perhaps, like in Abu Dhabi, they should consider 1,6 or 12 month lease allocations at reasonable rates for residents just to recover losses and to get by in typically low tourist seasons such as mid-summer.

Brilliant hotel and the room facilities were fantastic. Access to the beach was very near to the hotel which was really ideal for us. The staff were really helpful and friendly. A special mention for Nikita, April, Ahmed, Abdullah and Aisha for being so helpful at breakfast time. The breakfast offer was out of this world. Thank you so much Grand Hyatt for a memorable stay.

Amazing hotel, looks like a palace. Huge rooms, really comfortable. Excellent breakfast, with a huge variety of food choices, vegans well catered for. Hotel is across from a lovely beach with beautiful warm water. We were made very welcome by Neville at reception.

I were very impressed with the polite and the smiley face of Ms. Nikita. She is a great customer service person . Wishing her and this great hotel a bright future. Thanks to all.
