Highly recommend- couldn't have been better!
Amazing in every way. This is one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had. The seafood buffet on Thursday nights as well as Omani buffet are not to be missed.... and the hot tub was so welcome each evening. Highly recommend!

Experience with Hyatt High Tea
Phyu was an wonderful host. Loved each and every one of the dessert. One with the coconut filling was our best. We had two different types of the teas. Four fruit one was the best.

Great and affordable hotel in Muscat
Great hotel which has vastly improved following pool area renovations. Special thanks to arif (concierge) for his kindness, helpful attitude and support during our stay. Also must mention the stand out barman yannick in the John Dory bar. Always greeted us with a smile, good humour and kindness. Both staff members are a brilliant asset to the hotel.

Nice place to stay
This is a nice, very grand hotel. Room was nicely appointed. Pleasant staff. The breakfast room is stunning and great for people watching, with a great selection of options.

World-class in every way
Two separate stays over the course of a week. World-class in every way. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms with balconies. Need to add more charging stations for each nightstand, so we don’t have to move things to find a place to plug in. The gym is excellent as well.
