Excellent service and hard working staff ensuring that guest had a great experience.
Very good value compared to their competitors & Partha in club access provided great service, was very friendly, skilled in his profession. Nuwanga Deepal the head chef was amazing, food is amazing as always. April & Abdullah were great at providing excellent breakfast service & Rahim in cleaning was excellent in ensuring clean room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was truly exceptional — everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. A very special thank you goes to Lin, who made our experience unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and Lin also gave us many great recommendations about the area, which made our stay even better.
