Fantastic Stay
What a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt for Xmas and new year. 10 family members and we would all return . Unforgettable hospitality. The staff made the stay most enjoyable. Such friendly people with a high level of service. If you want a hotel on the beach with local facilities, this is it. The newly renovated pool was a bonus. Rooms are large with comfortable beds but in need of renovation. Tuscany restaurant superb. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Pathetic staff and specialy manager who tells his bouncers to stop male members and ask females to join dance with him.
To my worst experience with such big brand just because of the people working there. They actually fooled us around by allocating rooms right in front of a paid party where they didn't even bother to inform us before and don't even let us walk around the room,stopped us by bouncers and later asking females of the family to join for dance when clock hitted 12.worst manager who stops guests to walk around and asking their ladies to join for a dance.

Magical stay at Grand Hyatt Muscat – unforgettable memories for our son, warm staff, beautiful hotel experience.
Our stay at Grand Hyatt Muscat was a wonderful and memorable experience. While the breakfast variety was limited and not very child-friendly, our 4-year-old son had an unforgettable time. He was overjoyed to find a separate bed prepared for him, spent hours dancing on the balcony during a wedding, and enjoyed the children’s play area and pool, even though the water was colder than other pools. The staff were warm and welcoming, and receiving our room earlier than the official check-in made us feel cared for. Despite minor inconveniences like construction noise and limited snacks, we focused on creating happy memories for our son, and he left the hotel full of joy and wonder. We sincerely hope to return to this beautiful and calm hotel to make more cherished memories and keep the light of happiness and hope alive in his heart.
