Hotel Palladium

Staff were so attentive, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they had everything you could possibly want. The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping visited rooms twice a day and bar staff visited once a day to replenish items. The gym was well maintained and kept clean and tidy. It didn’t feel neglected like some hotel gyms. The one very small bit of feedback for improvement is the spa felt like it could do with a refurbishment but it was usable and enjoyable nonetheless. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous! Lovely people - everyone was fantastic and welcoming. The location is great - just 15 minutes in the complimentary transfer from the airport. A short walk down the hill to all the lovely bars and restaurants. The staff at the Palladium are some of the loveliest you could hope to meet at any hotel I have stayed in. The two ladies on reception (whose names I can’t remember- sorry!) and Thanos who showed us to the beautiful room - thank you so much for the complimentary upgrade to the honeymoon suite. The room was so clean and the furnishings were stunning, not to mention the fabulous view. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I have had in any Greek hotel - Thanos was absolutely right about that! Even though we only stayed one night the hotel were very happy to drive us to the port in morning and even advised us about a change in timings on our ferry. All in all we couldn’t fault it. I am sure we will return soon!

A gem! Great hotel, great staff, epic breakfast!

This place blew my mind. Every single staff member was willing to cater to our every need and did it with a smile and a pleasant demeanor, even if they weren't met with the same attitude. They were also ready with recommendations for the island and were willing to set up space for our group and open breakfast early so we could leave on time for our flight. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the near future.

We had the best time at Palladium Hotel. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast bar was outstanding! Alex would remember our preference for morning tea/coffee. Thanos and Sindri looked after us so well during our stay. Anastasia was one of the sweetest hotel assistants we have ever met! The stay was faultless. The staff genuinely care about you! You should be all so proud of the high level of service that you provide! Look forward to our visit again.
