Hotel Palladium

This is an incredible hotel with unparalleled customer service. Everybody, and especially, Thanos and Georgia, go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay. I can’t recommend it enough. And their breakfast is indeed outstanding.

I want to congratulate the hotel and the staff for the excellent stay we had. The staff is there to help you out no matter what. They renewed the interior of the rooms. They take pride in it and they can. Breakfast is refined, of quality and abundant. Although we found out only the last day, you can ask for different pillows (to adjust to your neck) Also go next door to Nikos Gallop. Great food, more authentic greek ambiance. There is also a nice beach below. The street at the beach further below we found too touristic. There is easy transportation by bus to Mykonos town. Overall: the stay was excellent in every way. I am not easily satisfied when it comes to the happiest time of the year. But this hotel did it with grace!

The staff really go above and beyond for their guests, which makes the hotel stand out. Lovely modern hotel, really clean and in a good location. Perfect for couples looking to relax but also still be close enough (short taxi ride) to beach clubs/restaurants etc.

We had an exceptional stay at Palladium in Mykonos! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and memorable. Thanos at the front desk was especially wonderful—his warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for one night, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The team also helped us book fantastic dinner reservations, arranged a scooter rental so we could explore the island, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They provided complimentary airport and ferry pick-up/drop-off, and when we didn’t feel like taking the scooter, they kindly called transportation for us or offered complimentary drop-offs to the nearby beach area. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had—highly recommend!

I nearly missed out on this experience. I consider myself more of a traveler than vacationer and usually choose to skip out on “touristy” destinations. I’ve heard negative things about Mykonos, but since I was traveling with three 21 year olds (graduation trip) I figured I’d give the island a try. I am so happy I made that decision. I was initially attracted to this hotel because it offered spacious rooms, close proximity to the beach and a boutique boho vibe. I got exactly what I was looking for! Location: Walking distance to local beach, small shops and restaurants. Nammos is also close by if you don’t mind the hills. The hotel has car service for close trips, getting to downtown is short cab away. Service: The Palladium really shines when it comes to service. Everyone from the front desk, drivers, servers, pool attendants were professional and attentive. I felt that I was treated like family. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Food: The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful. They served fresh fruits and juices, had an omelette and crepe station, fresh coffees, an assortment of meat and cheeses, and many other options. The food was fresh and once again, the service was top notch! Rooms: My room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The house keeping team was super nice and seeing we had 4 women in the room even supplied us with extra toiletries. Overall: This hotel is a gem. The service was five star, the property is beautiful and the people feel like family. I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this location for anyone going to the Mykonos area.
