This place blew my mind. Every single staff member was willing to cater to our every need and did it with a smile and a pleasant demeanor, even if they weren't met with the same attitude. They were also ready with recommendations for the island and were willing to set up space for our group and open breakfast early so we could leave on time for our flight. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the near future.

We had the best time at Palladium Hotel. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast bar was outstanding! Alex would remember our preference for morning tea/coffee. Thanos and Sindri looked after us so well during our stay. Anastasia was one of the sweetest hotel assistants we have ever met! The stay was faultless. The staff genuinely care about you! You should be all so proud of the high level of service that you provide! Look forward to our visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Palladium Hotel Mykonos. The hotel itself is beautiful, with immaculate rooms, a lovely pool area, delicious food, and a great location that made it easy to explore the island while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of service was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thanos, whose leadership is clearly reflected throughout the team. He was visible, approachable, and genuinely cared that every guest was having the best possible experience. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels so personal, and that comes from great leadership. Thank you to Thanos and the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We left feeling completely relaxed and already talking about when we can return. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palladium Hotel Mykonos to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality on the island.

This hotel offered impicable hospitality, the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious every day. It is the most beautiful place to stay especially for a honeymoon or wedding anniversary. This is a great place to stay in Mykonos.
