Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateaux Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at Myconian Ambassador Relais & Châteaux Hotel. The property is beautiful and feels luxurious from the moment you arrive. The location is also super convenient, only about 10–15 minutes from the airport, which made getting in and out of Mykonos really easy. The breakfast buffet was huge and had so many great options every morning. The spa was beautiful, and the pool area was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Outstanding hotel this one. We stayed here for 5 nights and were very happy with everything. The hotel pick up from the airport was seamless. The check in was great. The lovely staff were so friendly. The room was very spacious and clean with great views of the ocean. The location is very good. A short walk to the beach and nearby bus stop to town. I think this is the best area to stay in Mykonos. The breakfast was great too. Anyone who complains must be very fussy. The pool was lovely. Not the biggest pool I’ve enjoyed in Mykonos so perhaps would get busy in earlier months but no problems early September.

We came to Mykonos in July and stayed at the Ambassador for the first time. A month later, we came back. I think that says more than any review could. A big part of that experience was Pavlos Ntoura. During our July stay, we had a small issue in our room. Pavlos personally took care of it and made sure we were looked after. What could have simply been an annoying moment became a reminder of how much personal attention he gives to his guests. And that’s really what stands out about Pavlos. He remembers you, follows up, checks that everything is okay, and genuinely cares. Even after we left, he reached out personally to thank us for coming back. It never feels forced or like just part of the job. What we love about the Ambassador is that despite being a beautiful luxury hotel with a very high level of professionalism, it never feels cold or impersonal. There’s a warmth to the team that makes you feel recognized and cared for. Somehow, they manage to give you the standards of a luxury hotel while making you feel a little like you’re coming back to family. Thank you, Pavlos, and the entire Ambassador team, for making our stays this year so special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. ❤

This place really is out of this world! On arrival we were a wee bit disappointed to learn that had not secured our sea view room, which we had booked. However, that disappointment waned when we learned we had gained a jacuzzi!! The room was beautifully decorated and the hotel is close to a lovely beach with bars and restaurants. However, the real pleasure of this place lies in the magnificent decor of the pool area and restaurant. Breathtaking views of the coast from both of the above. The staff too wee also wonderfully helpful and friendly. We had the half board option which was superbly tasty. Both the waiters and sommeliers were well informed and enthusiastic about the local produce. Yes, ok, we later learned we’d paid a high mark up for the wine, but you get what you pay for, particularly in this instance. Thanks so much for such a memorable, relaxing week!!! We left thoroughly refeshed.

This is a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Two points for improvement: 1. The breakfast was just OK 2. This is more a PSA for management, but why are there these terrible ads displayed all over the hotel? No one reads them and they make the hotel look cheap. Not befitting of a 5 star hotel (see images)
