The hotel is definitely older. Getting to rooms was challenging. Had to use two separate elevators and walk stairs. The reception was not very helpful, Check in and check out were slow, We never received welcome platters though we asked a couple of times, I was surprised when I was asked at check out if we wanted to leave a tip for the receptionist. Have never seen that anywhere else, The pool and pool service were excellent. Great drinks and food and very attentive servers, Was definitely the best part of the stay, Beach and chairs were not convenient as you had to walk and then pay for chairs. Wasn’t easy to find space together Rooms had good views and a/c. Turn down service was missed some days. Overall average stay,

Incredible stay, the place to stay when in Mykonos!
Incredible service, all the details were truly thought out, the reception staff, the pool, breakfast and everyone at the hotel made our stay 10x better. The hotel is beautiful, excellent location, great setting, the breakfast was also great and the staff/service, simply, superb.

We have been going to the Ambassador now for 20 years with around 30 visits to this amazing place, so many little details make it so perfect for us and the overall experience and atmosphere is seriously inspiring us to revisit again and again.

Fantastic hotel!
We loved our stay at the Myconian Ambassador. The room was beautiful and due to Amex we received an upgrade on our room before we checked in. The staff went above and beyond with service and recommendations. The property, location and views are exceptional. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to 2 different top 10 beaches in Mykonos. We would come stay again and again!!!

5 star hotel experience
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The onsite restaurant is amazing and the staff ate incredible, especially maria! Extremely accommodating and the hotel space is immaculate. Daily turn downs and complementary water, beautiful views of the Mediterranean, and a stunning pool overlooking the beach. Would highly recommend
