Ostraco Suites

I stayed here as a solo traveller in June 2026 and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. My room was beautiful, with a lovely hot tub that was perfect to enjoy with a cocktail watching the sun go down. Everything was spotless, and the room was cleaned and maintained to a very high standard every day. Very convenient for a walk into Mykonos town only 10 minutes away. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

About 10 mins from the airport - we arrived to the warmest welcome by the reception staff. The bar/restaurant staff gave welcome drinks to get the holiday started. The whole resort was immaculate and absolutely stunning - given beautiful chilled Mykonos vibes! Everything you needed was available and the staff were happy to help with anything extra. The most beautiful room - and show-stopping bathroom! Only wish we had a little more wardrobe space but was fine. A big THANK YOU to the 3 reception staff during our stay. With island recommendations, transport help, ATV hire - nothing was too much. They welcomed us at every opportunity and really went above and beyond. A special thank you to Sofia at reception - the angel of the island. 100/10 service.

Unfortunately had much better experience at the two previous hotels and had stayed in this hotel just to get to the airport next day for one night (thank god). An unfortunate last night of our honeymoon. Apart from the fact I was charged 300 pounds plus twice over for one night. I was sold a sea view and didn’t get a sea view. It was bushes. I have been charged twice on my card which is currently being rectified for the room. - i have been told that it will take up to ten days. I stayed at other places with similar price point during the honeymoon which were much better. Nothing at all private about terrace. I can’t overstate the noise of traffic and other residents coming into our room overnight. Woke up 4-5 times each. There was a light hanging from the roof so low that my partner banged his head twice on it when he got up in the middle lf the night to gi ti the toilet because he woke up because of the noise. They also had a wedding theme party at the pool and eating dinner - they said we could go to the pool and join - but when we went we were the only ones there so we weren’t going to ruin their wedding party by swimming in the pool. Staff were super lovely - can’t fault that. Only reason it gets a 2. Breakfast was very good. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Overall will not be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ostraco Suites. The hotel was lovely, and our rooms and suites were very clean and comfortable, with nice views of the water. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, also with water views, and breakfast was delicious and made to order with plenty of choices. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered, from reception to the pool bar and restaurant, was warm and helpful. They gave us lots of suggestions and were always happy to arrange transportation. The main thing to know is the location. The hotel is outside Chora and it is possible to walk into town, although the walk is steep and the return trip can be challenging. We ended up taking taxis quite often, which the hotel arranged for us, and they were expensive at €20 or more each way. Overall, Ostraco Suites was a lovely place to stay, with great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful breakfast. Just be prepared to factor transportation costs into your stay if you plan to spend a lot of time in Chora.
