Ostraco Suites

Just back from 10 Days in Ostraco Suites in Mykonos. It was our first time in Mykonos and Ostraco suites and we loved every minute. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location with great views. The rooms were spotless, towels and bed linen changed every day. The pool area was fabulous and great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Sofia was especially helpful and arranged a car hire for us, along with giving us very helpful tips and advice of places to go and see. Apologies, I can't remember everyone's names, but all the staff were great and very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. We loved the hotel and definitely would return again. And Mykonos itself was absolutely stunning. Thank you again for a lovely time and hopefully see you again. Karen & Rick xx

5th time staying at Ostraco which I think says it all. We do not take for granted the time, care and generosity of spirit provided from ALL of the team - from Stella and her wonderful Mum to Nikos at reservations and to Tina, Sofia, Markella, William, Alex and everyone else involved front-of-house and behind-the-scenes. I'm sorry for not remembering everyone's name. A hotel is empty without the energy you all bring - thanks a million for making our stay as enjoyable as ever; we desperately needed the time away and you helped give us such a boost. This has been our second stay at Ostraco Suites & we felt again very welcomed. The location of the hotel is perfect, not too far from the airport and easy walkable into town. The atmosphere is relaxed, but very professional. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We love the Nespresso coffee machine, for a first morning coffee or a late afternoon espresso. Our bedroom was very quiet, no issue with any noise from the road. The overall service and friendliness of the staff and management is outstanding, one of the reasons we keep coming back.

Stayed in late September and have to say how wonderful this hotel is. Large rooms, huge bathrooms. They feel more like individual cottages. And the most amazingly attentive friendly and helpful staff. They really do go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. Beautiful breakfast too, and overall great food. Pool area is lovely. Towels provided. Only downside was a bit of road noise. We were in the rooms (204) closest to the road. I’m sensitive to noise and wore earplugs and it didn’t affect my sleep. My friend didn’t even really notice it. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a room away from the road. It is a steep walk into town, wear comfortable and grippy shoes, it took around 10-15 minutes. We didn’t brave the climb back preferring to get a cab which was 15 euros. I’d suggest agreeing the cab price before you get in or they will try it on! If you don’t want go to town for dinner I’d recommend Tokyo Joes which is just down the road. Great sushi and atmosphere.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
