Such a great resort. Spent 4 days for a beautiful wedding held on the property. Room was lush and so comfortable. Views were spectacular. Staff were over the top. The food was the best. Location was great, easy walk into town. Looking forward to staying in the future

We stayed at Ostraco Suites back in September and it was amazing from start to finish. We were celebrating my partner’s 30th birthday and were greeted with a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel also baked the most delicious carrot cake for the occasion which I arranged prior to arrival. The staff were so friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. I would like to give a special mention to Maria who went above and beyond and delivered exceptional customer service, she is truly an asset to the hotel. The pool area was very relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast that was included was full of so many options, everything was freshly cooked and tasted wonderful. It’s a 10-15 minute walk into the main town area so ideally located for exploring what Mykonos has to offer. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Mykonos, you won’t regret it.

First of all I’d like to thank Sophia, Theodora, & Maria for such excellent customer service. Thank you making our Mykonos experience at Ostraco a pleasant experience. You all worked hard & made make sure that we were left satisfied. On the day of our arrival we were greeted by Sophia who showed us around & was given welcome drinks by Theodora. Overall Ostraco is a great location it’s roughly about a 9 minutes walk into Mykonos town however be prepared for the hill walking back to Ostraco. We celebrated our anniversary and we were given a bottle of champagne on the house which was so lovely of them & roses on the bed which made our trip even more special. Room service was spectacular our room was cleaned every day until departure, they also had night time room service where they give us fresh towels & bottle of water. Breakfast was alright. Theodora always made sure that we were happy and fine every time we were by the pool & at breakfast. Sophia gave us good recommendations for beach clubs & restaurants. Maria always made sure we were trying something new & and different and I loved her for that. I would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was spotless, towels were changed twice daily, all the staff were very helpful, especially, Alex, Maria and Sophia. The resort was perfect for us, small, relaxing and felt very exclusive and luxurious. The music around the pool added to the atmosphere and the pool beds were incredible, especially the double beds (yes double pool beds). The breakfast was 'table service' which felt special and all in all the resort was 10/10. The walk to town takes 15 mins, I would suggest to take the lane opposite the bakery to stay off the main road, and to get a taxi back (15 euros - ouch) but worth it as it's uphill. The bakery is well worth a visit too.

We really enjoyed our week here. The staff are excellent and very hard working. Maria & Theodora especially so. We stayed in deluxe room 204 which was nice but the road noise was the only downside. Our room was serviced twice daily. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool area is very peaceful. The walk to the top of Mykonos town was a bit longer than we thought but the views made up for it. We would recommend Ostraco and would return hopefully.
