The location is stunning with a picturesque view of the ocean on the island. The grounds and outdoor spaces including the pools and personal jacuzzis are all amazing. I think the receptionistss are amazing. There is one whose name is Savadria, she is a young professional woman who wears glasses. Her and Adonis are the hardest working individuals I saw during my stay. Savadria set up a mobile spa day for me which was amazing. The rooms are a bit dated and my room was changed out of an abundance of caution since the mattress was dirty. The manager gives off a certain air of being snobby and pretentious. She often did not let me finish my sentences and often talked over me. Further, she does not know how to delegate different tasks to others I think she means well but these management issues need to be improved for the steep fare they charge.

Such an amazing experience. It was our first time in Greece and we will surely be back. The hotel is is located away from most of the tourist stuff so it was very peaceful and relaxing when we returned to it. The view is breathtaking and the room was very spacious with our own balcony and jacuzzi. Walking out our front door we had such an amazing view of the sea. The staff was completely amazing. From the moment we arrived until we departed they made sure we had everything we needed and were a joy to talk with! Especially Andrea!! He was so kind and attentive to us.

If you can afford it do not stay in the Classic Room (upgrade is needed). We stayed for 2 nights in the Classic Room (no space and no view) I expressed to the staff about not having WI-FI in my room and it was never fixed. The hotel lacked amenities, no stores nearby if you need snacks, drinks and etc. We also stayed in the honeymoon suite (1 night) and it should be nice but the shower head mount was broke so you had to grab the shower head to shower correctly (the little things). The hotel I think is under-staffed, the pastry for breakfast was at least a day old....We got fooled by the pictures on this website. We will NEVER stay at this property.....Ever!!!
