Saint John Mykonos

We had the pleasure of staying at the Saint John Hotel in Mykonos, and it was absolutely amazing in every aspect! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The views from the hotel are breathtaking — stunning sunsets, sparkling Aegean waters, and beautifully maintained grounds that make every moment feel like a postcard. Our room was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with a private terrace and pool that offered complete tranquility. The pool area is spectacular, and the beach access is a fantastic bonus. The food at the hotel was equally impressive — from breakfast to dinner, everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way — hospitality, comfort, location, and service. A perfect balance of luxury and relaxed island vibes. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Mykonos!

The hotel is located in one of the best locations we have visited. Set on a hilltop in Aghios Ionnisis. If you want a white washed traditional feel low level hotel this is the place for you. Ok there are lots of steps and slopes to navigate but options to use the lifts & buggy service solve this issue. Restaurants are all good & everything we ordered was large portion sizes and quality of the food fabulous so go with an appetite. The staff were amazing in all areas always going that extra mile. Easy to get the hotel shuttle bus into the old town but we also used taxis approx €25-30 per trip. The views & sunset from this hotel are amazing. The only negative experience we had was that the hotel offers daily passes to cruise ship passengers which made the tranquil feel we were experiencing less so and waiting times at lunchtime service were much longer than previously experienced.

We had a wonderful one week relaxing vacation with my partner. The attention to detail starting from the ride from the airport to the hotel to the very last day and all inbetween it, the breakfast, the staff and the resort itself. Amazing, no other word. I would recommend the sea wiev room, it is absolutely insane to wake up on the view, lifts your mood immediately. Also special shoutout to the shuttle driver Alexandros, made our stay even a little bit more special, we loved everyone but especially him. If there needs to be something negative to point out, it would be the age distribution of the hotel guests. The pool area seemed like a retirement home at times, although we didnt mind this since we didnt spend much time there.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2teens). The views from the hotel over the Aegean Sea were exceptional, we had a sea view room which really enhanced our stay. The pools and beach were lovely, and the gym was well equipped with fantastic views from the treadmill! The Symposium restaurant was a treat for our first night and on the other nights we used the efficient and complementary shuttle bus service into Mykonos town. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. All of the staff were lovely and helpful. We really couldn’t fault the hotel and highly recommend it. We would love to return one day.

We had a magical 5 night stay! The resort is stunningly beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. So inviting! Most importantly, the staff is remarkable, polite, kind and so accommodating, they are what made our stay so glorious. Each and every one of them from the event planner, cleaning staff, the front desk, the drivers, the spa staff on and on greeted us with warmth and always a smile. We had a very small vow renewal ceremony (family of 4), it was the most dreamy evening of my life. The attention to detail, from a personal note of well wishes, to attentive staff who took our photos, beautiful flowers and a delicious course after delicious course meal. I’m still full! The spa manager also made our day by making my daughter and I feel beautiful with fabulous hair and great conversation. We lived our Mamma Mia moment for sure! Thank you all so very much for giving us the most memorable vacation. We will be back!
