Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

Great employees Kiara handles her job very well and is very knowledgeable in the area she told me some great spots to visit

We went for my birthday and the resort is nice. Manager Scott was super attentive and welcoming and bartender Brian was great! Loved that the resort has a private shuttle to take you to a private part of the beach, but wish they had some more/better amenities. Such as an adult-only pool and the jets didn’t work on either hot tub. Also, the outside pool bartender was awesome, but I can’t remember his name.

Luxurious hotel, beautiful views, hotel screams old money not new money & yes they’re is a difference, very classy, every person that worked their was sweet & helpful including, Phil Rice go to him for anything golf related, he helped my son out tremendously, go see Brian & Julie at the bar, amazing people go see Cedric, Jason & Tatiana for breakfast, Jack at valet, front desk Laura, Shannon, Vickey, Jen & another nice gentleman at night I’m sorry I forgot his name but he’s originally from My old town in Corona NY so u know who u are if u read this. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcome, we hope to visit again soon!

The resort was nice and in pretty good shape. The restroom facilities at the beach access were a porta trailer with no a/c. Not ideal. Room service was nice for the family and ease of access. Georgia who would take our room service order and deliver the food was EXCELLENT! Which a nice lady with a great personality. She would always say hello when we saw her in the hallways and was very sweet with my little kids.

Trish that works in online reservations .. was very helpful.. and have great customer service skills…. Really enjoyed talking with you her about the resort..
