Highly recommend
Amazing experience at this hotel. Chris at the front desk was very helpful. He insured all our questions were answered and needs met. Room was very clean and maid service was on point!! This resort is the only place I’ll stay when visiting Myrtle Beach!! Highly recommend.

Family Friendly Gem
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful! Our reservation was handled by Kara... who's assistance was beyond anything I have experienced. She was quick to answer questions and emails and had a solution for every issue I ran into, like our vacation dates changing and flight times and changes. Jen and Laura at the desk had a smile and kind word every time I came for a little help. Our room was clean and food was excellent. The facility was family friendly with plenty of activities for our small children. The location was near to all the restaurants and near the Tanger Outlets giving us options on an occasional rainy day. We will come again.

Great experience with Gail!
Gail over in reservations was awesome to work with in planning our trip and explaining everything thoroughly! Really great suite of amenities to use while we vacation. Lots of solid options in Myrtle but Gail definitely won us over!!!

Skip this resort-cleaning in really non-existent!
Property has a grand entrance and smells wonderful-but it stops there! I asked to speak to a manager and no one ever reached out to me. My room was TOTALLY UNEXCEPTIONABLE-pillows where FILTHY & smelled like 5 peoples sweat in them. Shower had mold, sconces had 3 months of dust, a had to request for new sheets due to the smell at Midnight, blond hair in my towels, wall filthy, etc. ( I have pictures of most of these items). Staff was EXTREMELY POLITE!
