My wife and I love this property the shuttle to the beach is perfect, with the cabana. In the bathrooms down there, Laura and Patricia were wonderful at the front desk. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We'll be back with the kids in a month, huh, then why?

Never have I been spoken to or treated so poorly by a “manager” that apparently leads the front desk. And silly me for thinking an email sharing my experience with the GM would elicit some level of apology. It’s smoke and mirrors for what it really is, subpar in Myrtle Beach. Del Webb… you may not want to hitch your good quality to this level of experience. I’ll never go back nor would I ever recommend.

Marina Inn is the best hotel in MB. I sleep like a baby. Rooms are comfortable and I love the bathroom. Joe, Scott, Julie are so warm and welcoming. They treat their guest like family. I book my next trip before leaving. I’ll be back in May!! Highly recommended!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in a two bedroom which was very nice for our family of 4,(2adults2kids). It didn’t come with certain things like other resorts as members we are at with. Like dish soap, broom etc. but that’s ok didn’t bother us. Publix was down the street which was nice. Very clean and friendly staff. My two complaints is the grinding of floors one floor above us from 8am-630pm every day. I understand maintenance and renovations need to happen but why during spring break season and not off season? Other complaint is the fridge leaked water everywhere and we called for maintenance, who came but didn’t fix it. That’s just my opinion but I still enjoyed my time and would come back for sure, lovely resort.
