Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

My family and I had a great stay at the Marina Inn recently. We have booked with this hotel many times & plan to stay here more in the near future. Houssain was a pleasure and was so patient and kind when we had to move to a different room for better accommodations. The entire staff was so friendly & accommodating and we truly appreciated. Clean rooms & great views. We love the Marina Inn.

I would like to give a special shout out to Jennifer at the front desk. Jennifer if every front desk specialist had your smiling face and attitude when they arrive from a long trip on the road to vacation, it would make traveling a lot easier. Jennifer you made our stay a pleasure at the Marina Inn, from anything we needed, to answering our questions. I want to thank you! We have stayed at the Marina for about a decade now and I can't leave out Bruce who is always friendly and helpful during our stay. I would also like to give another shout to a front desk specialist Laura, who was friendly and helpful during our stay as well. It is hard working in hospitality, but Jennifer, Bruce and Laura are exceptional! Again, thanks for making our stay GREAT!

My husband and I went to Myrtle Beach for Bike Week, and our stay at this hotel was incredible. Laura helped us with everything we needed; she was very friendly and efficient in her service. We decided that this will be our go-to hotel whenever we return.

Cannot say enough about the customer care I received from Vicky! In a world where it seems like friendliness and the willingness to help someone can seem scarce. Vicky brought a major sense of comfort to me and smile to my face. She is a true joy. Thank you Vicky!
