Excellent, excellent, excellent.
Down here in Myrtle Beach w a NY crowd for golf and a wedding and had a great time at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. The facilities were fantastic and the service was impeccable. Laura and Vicky at the front desk answered all of our questions and directed us where to go out. Dick at the front door helped us w all our baggage and groceries, etc. Matt, one of the managers, was more than gracious and offered us amenities that are not normally offered at this time of year. And Scott went out of his way to drive us down to the beach, even tho that's not normally offered at this time of year either. The Golf was fantastic, the resort was perfect and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Needed 3 rooms and only 2 available, offered a condo and got creative to make it work.
Trish in reservations is excellent. A pleasure to speak with and was creative in finding a way to make it work for our business schedules.

I recently stayed at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes for 4 nights. The entire experience was great. Upon checkin I spoke to Jen who was excellent and I was given an upgrade to a wonderful spacious suite that was extremely comfortable. Jen was helpful not only with registration but also with a local food recommendation. Jason was working the lobby and was kind and went out of his way to help me get my gear to the room and also to engage in conversation and advice on local golf information. Upon departure I met with Laura who helped me get checked out and again she held the high standard of your other staff and was kind and also informative about future stays. I can say that while the facilities are wonderful, the people made an even bigger impression on me. Thank you and please know that I have passed along my personal opinion and review of the property and people to several folks already. I will be back to enjoy this hotel again.

Ms. Vicky Delivers Great Service in Reservations
Our church booked a women's conference at Marina Inn. I was trying to book reservations and called a third party instead of the actual hotel. I panicked because I wasn't sure if I was scammed. Vicky in reservations helped me sort things out. I was able to confirm my rooms with ease :) It is so refreshing to receive great customer service!

Great experience. First class service all the way. The rooms are great. The amenities were fantastic. Perfect location to enjoy Myrtle Beach.
