Great location and friendly staff
Great location, wonderful people. Best service from all the staff especially Laura at the front desk. The resort is due for a major renovation this winter and it is overdue. It currently has the decor from 20 yrs ago which is very dated and most of the furniture is showing its age. We happened to be there right when a large wedding party was there. The beach shuttle was only operating to accommodate them. Normally that ends 9/30 but I was very happy to enjoy that amenity. Beach is not walking distance so shuttle is a necessity! Can’t wait to see the newly renovated Marina Inn in 2027!

Awesome Girls Trip in the Penthouse Suite!
Customer service is NOT dead! Everyone we interacted with from Jen and Laura at the reservation desk to Paul and Dick our bell hops and to Chris our maintenance guy! All were friendly helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. We even had the pleasure of serenading Dick who shared with us it was his 80th Birthday 🎉. If you want an elevated personal experience without the elevated price tag of a chain hotel I highly recommend the Marina Inn. Everything wasn’t perfect but their staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and needs. Thank you so much!

Great Friends Trip
Great location. Walking to a great restaurant. Short drive to shopping. Loved the lobby area and the pool. Shuttle to the beach is an added bonus. Room was spacious and well kept.

2 days of hectic busy work in the conference area, a relaxing good night’s rest was had!
I must rave about the reservations and front desk staff who were so kind, sweet and made my checking in & one night stay just absolutely wonderful. Gail Bowman from reservations was so helpful and friendly booking my room and she even came to the front desk to meet me when I was checking out and gave me a big hug. Trish Hightower & Laura Wolf were so sweet and awesome at the front desk. All 3 ladies were top quality and what you would expect for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort hotel like the Marina Inn. Would definitely keep Marina Inn at the top of my list of preferred places to stay in Myrtle Beach!!
