Excellent Customer Service
I am writing this review because of the excellent service that I received from Trish in reservations today. I recently stayed at Marina Inn in early July, but there was an issue with my room. The front desk manager, Scott, told me that as compensation for the inconvenience that when I booked a reservation in the next year that he would note on my file that I should receive a 25 percent reduction in the rate. i made a reservation and contacted the reservations department and spoke with Trish. She provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly and professional and was able to reduce the rate on my reservation by 25 percent. i have been staying at Marina Inn for the past 6 1/2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my visits. I look forward to returning in February, especially since my rate was reduced! Wallace Fraser

Amazing experience at this hotel. Chris at the front desk was very helpful. He insured all our questions were answered and needs met. Room was very clean and maid service was on point!! This resort is the only place I’ll stay when visiting Myrtle Beach!! Highly recommend.

Family Friendly Gem
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful! Our reservation was handled by Kara... who's assistance was beyond anything I have experienced. She was quick to answer questions and emails and had a solution for every issue I ran into, like our vacation dates changing and flight times and changes. Jen and Laura at the desk had a smile and kind word every time I came for a little help. Our room was clean and food was excellent. The facility was family friendly with plenty of activities for our small children. The location was near to all the restaurants and near the Tanger Outlets giving us options on an occasional rainy day. We will come again.
