I cannot praise this hotel enough for their outstanding services. I had an incredible experience at Gem Forest Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and attended to every need with genuine kindness and professionalism. Everything was just smooth and efficient. I loved the quiet and the relaxing environment, with the great views of the Karura forest. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, well decorated, equipped with good amenities and spacious. The services are consistently top-notch and friendly. Their food is quite tasty and delicious. A big thank you to Samson Odongo and Deborah for their great food and beverage services. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable experience. This hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort and exceptional services. Perfect Blend of Nature and Luxury
Gem Forest truly lives up to its name—it is a real gem. My colleagues and I had the pleasure of visiting for a site inspection, graciously hosted by Luke. He was an exceptional host, taking the time to show us around the property with warmth and professionalism. Every detail of the place is thoughtfully designed, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. After the tour, we enjoyed a wonderful fine dining experience, expertly served by Samuel Odongo and Deborah. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and extensive knowledge of food and beverage service made our meal even more memorable and of course not forgetting the chef. I highly recommend Gem Forest to anyone looking for a outstanding destination that combines exceptional hospitality, luxury. beautiful surroundings, and an unforgettable dining experience. Gem Forest is the place to be
Where do I start...The rooms are absolutely lovely, aesthetically pleasing and extremely clean as the hotel in general. The food was very delicious and all the services in general. Our waiter Samuel Odongo in food and beverage was very professional and took care of us to our satisfaction. The hotel are very lucky to have such a staff. We had the sales manager Luke show us around and he was very professional, charming and thorough. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for your stay or clients stay.
