My Gem forest experience at Shanta spa was more than phenomenal,from booking my appointment to actually availing my self.The Reception was quite nice and very professional while also being warm and inviting courtesy of Ruth Abigael.She guided me well enough while showing me the amenities.The Masseuse, Susani,was understanding, patient and very professional while also demonstrating her skills throughout the session.i would really rate her 1000/10👌🏼.The whole experience was amazing and i am looking forward to another session.Would I recommend this Spa? You bet i will any chance i get.

Great stay with a few quirky details
Nice hotel in a great location. The pool was a bit small, but still enjoyable. We stayed in a junior suite with a "forest view"—though the view itself was a bit questionable! The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and featured a very comfortable king bed, though having the bathtub right in the bedroom was a quirky touch. The room amenities were generous: unlimited drinking water, a complimentary soft-drink minibar on our first night, and chocolates upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. We also ate at the restaurant; while the fish and chips felt small and overpriced, the Caesar salad was fantastic. The hotel has several bars, including a rooftop bar offering great views and reasonably priced drinks. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Visited with group of 36, stayed there total 3 nights, amazing service, class interior and best was food. The Hotel is situated in very central and highend area and lovely staff. Roof top bar is one of the best attraction.

Better for couples
The hotel is beautifully designed and attracts many external guests to the restaurants and rooftop bar ( which is cool). We appreciated the breakfast, the pool and good security and communication with staff. It also has a good location for Gigiri and UN facilities. We do think the hotel is more suitable for couples, early/mid career people. 3 stars as the value for money feels not in balance. Basics have to be better as some elements in the bathroom already seem to deteriorated (hand towel hanger, not working hot shower), air-conditioning malfunctioning and noise from the rooftop bar at night and corridors is not really the level we would expect in a boutique hotel. We recommend a bit more TLC and reconstruction.
