I want to compliment Manager Jay and his Team at the Stanley Sarova Hotel Nairobi CBD for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Nolan School of Procurement held a function at one of their beautiful restaurants there today 1 May 2026 and everyone loved the food and the atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful staff. If you are looking for a place to stay and eat in Nairobi Kenya, this is it!

This downtown hotel is a truly grand old colonial hotel that is exceptionally well maintained. Staff are professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly on top of their game, with Maxwell, Charles, Emily and Nickson truly exceptional and amongst the top quarter per cent in their fields. My premium executive room was comfortable and provided generous accommodation, as well as access to one of the best club lounges on the planet.

We stayed at the Stanley Sarova in Nairobi for our honeymoon, and we loved it. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the service and cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable. We visited several areas, and the food at the restaurants is delicious—and there’s nothing better than having a beer by the pool. The location is central, and we were able to explore the historic center on foot. I’ll be back every time I visit Nairobi.
