HORRIBLE
Horrible experience, these people lie! They say that the mini fridge drinks are complimentary upon arrival and charge you when you leave,AND I wanted to stay only about 3 hours or so past check out time cuz my flight was not till midnight, and they wanted another $50 just for a couple extra hours..... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE PLEASE!

Classic high-end hotel
Hotel is very classic and most underlining thing during the stay was a great and friendly service you get there. We booked Stanley Club Room and got very extraordinary service from Maxwell and Olive. Full of history and stories. Of course, as it is located in the very heart of the city in CBD, traffic to get there and from might take some time. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and full of old spirit.

I had a great experience atThai chi restaurant at Sarova Stanley Hotel CBD.The ambience was lovely and the service was great thanks to Alex 🤗who was excellent and very welcoming. I enjoyed the chicken and noodles, as well as the fried rice the drinks were nice ,I had a virgin mojito my sister had orange bliss everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Alex was attentive and made the whole dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be come back again. Highly recommended!
