The hotel is good location to visit Nairobi. It is in a safe area. The people who work in the hotel are all very friendly. We had dinner twice in the Thai Chi restaurant inside the hotel. Our waiter Alex was very friendly and suggested us good about the food and the wine.

The staff at historic SAROVA Stanley go above and beyond expectations! I went to Kenya for business and took my 19 year old son who had never been to Africa. While there, he became ill and George from concierges staff went out at midnight and brought back effective local medicine! And some excellent Kenyan coffee for me! The chef made him special food! Carole, the director of guest services, helped us navigate the city during civil turbulence and made us feel safe and always comfortable! If you go to Nairobi- this hotel staff, spa and restaurants will make you feel like royalty!!
