Satisfied
It was my first experience but i enjoyed a lot ,staff are very kindly hotel is old but every thing is in order service is excellent there are there good restaurants all of them we used was presented good food . I want to mention 3 name whom were taking care of me are susan from reception and jackson and esther from cleaning they were doing their job from hurt i wish all the best for all of them .

what a wonderful hotel,we were at patterson room for a breakfast meeting,the room was well set and clean.we had an amazing breakfast.Everyone was accomodating,pleasant and they all great you with a big smile.The hotel is perfectly situated in town center.we enjoyed chating with very friendly staff. Rachel who was in charge of the confrencing ,Lavender and naomy who were the servers at breakfast

SAROVA STANLEY HAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE
Great experience,good memories,good meals confrence room at Churchil ball room for EPRA Group.Great customer relations especial Rachel who was in charge.The servers Sarah and Rehema,Chef Milika who was replenshing the food for breakfast.And the ambience was good.we will come back

I love Sarova Stanley, the ambience, the staff are so warm, their services are world class, Samuel is topnotch, his services are always exquisite I recommend it to infinity. There is something about Sarova Stanley cocktails, my favorite being spirited snow. The cocktails are so good, i guarantee you my cocktail people.
