Visiting the Sarova Stanley was such a special experience. The hotel’s rich history and timeless elegance are truly beautiful, and walking through it feels like stepping back in time. A huge thank you to Mr. Steve who kindly took us around and brought the history to life with such passion and warmth. He was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the experience unforgettable. This place is not just a hotel, but a piece of Kenya’s heritage. Highly recommended! Thanks so much The Nadiope Family

The Sarova Stanley oozes old world charm. The decor is elegant and stylish. The rooms are spotlessly clean, large and very comfortable. The food in all 3 restaurants is very good. The staff are all very attentive, helpful and friendly. The Stanley is well located in the centre of the Nairobi CBD and is the perfect base for your stay in Kenya.

Very delicious food. The service by Alex was amazing. We had a starter and Pad Thai. The recommendations were very good.

An all-around wonderful experience at the Thai Chi Restaurant! Our visit to Thai Chi was simply fantastic! The service was first-class — especially our waiter Alex, who made our evening truly unforgettable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, gave us great recommendations, and really went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. The food was also outstanding: an absolute highlight in terms of flavor and beautifully presented at the same time. You could truly see the love and attention to detail in every dish. Everything was fresh, aromatic, and exceeded our expectations.

My stay at this hotel in Nairobi was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The city is wonderful, and the hotel made it even better. I spent nearly 70 working days here, and during that time, the entire team — from housekeeping to reception to security, from the junior staff to the senior ones — truly became my family. The food was clean, delicious, and varied, especially the Swahili dishes on Fridays, which were always exceptional. The hotel is spotless, centrally located, and the area is very safe, which made my stay comfortable and reassuring. Thank you to everyone… and a special thanks to Maxwell and Emily for their kindness and continuous support. Thank you Sarova, thank you Mr.Ronnie for all the wonderful moments .
