Me and my husband stayed here for one night before traveling home. We had an evening flight, but the hotel were very flexible and let us have a late check out, and use the gym afterwards. Nice and clean rooms, good food for breakfast and in all the restaurants and very kind and helpful staff. Thank you to Paul, Caroline and everyone else that took care of us.

Very spectacular, good hospitality, yummy food, I will keep visiting. And I can’t forget to appreciate and honor Matin from Thorn tree for making my experience wonderful. Always smiling.

Really nice hotel in the centre of Nairobi. I particularly liked that historically safaris have set off from this hotel out to the Masai Mara, just as we did - it was a nice bit of history. Rooms were smart, well maintained and clean. Pool area was nothing hugely special, but a real bonus in central Nairobi and we enjoyed it. Food was great - lots of options and quality was excellent. Staff were all great, apart from the reception staff who werent particularly friendly (or fast for that matter, but I can forgive that!) in any of our interactions. Not quite sure what was going on behind the desk as I must have spoken to at least 6 staff and the approach was similar. All other staff were super friendly and great with the kids. We really liked this hotel and it was a great respite from the general (fun) chaos of Nairobi itself.
