Our experience at Sarova New Stanley Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. What really sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. A very special thank you goes to Maxwell, Daudi, John, and Jackson, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their kindness, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable are simply outstanding. It's rare to come across a team that makes you feel so welcome and appreciated. These four gentlemen are a true asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their excellent service. The entire experience reflected the highest standards of hospitality, and it's clear that guest satisfaction is taken seriously here. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Sarova New Stanley Hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. Sarova Stanley, Nairobi: A Timeless Landmark of Heritage & Hospitality Stepping into the Sarova Stanley feels like stepping into another era. The dark mahogany, old photographs and classic interiors give the hotel a character you don’t find everywhere. Caroline made the tour especially enjoyable, sharing the hotel’s history with genuine warmth and knowledge. The rooms are spacious and elegant, while the dining options, from Thorn Tree Café to Thai Chi and The Exchange Bar, add to the experience. A beautiful piece of Nairobi’s history, with the comfort and hospitality to match.
