Unplanned stay, but wonderful experience
Having been unable to fly home because of flight cancellation, we were lucky enough to find this wonderful hotel. All the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Concierge Steve, Pool Deck Bar Eunice (fabulous Mojitos!), Thorn Tree John, along with William, Annette, Catherine, Stella, Caroline and Joseph, to name but a few! Situated in the CBD, close to restaurants and coffee bars, the hotel is delightful: live music in the Exchange Bar, a variety of food in each of the hotel bars/restaurant; the atmosphere is just perfect! The pool looked inviting, as did the spa and gym. The rooms were well equipped and cleaned meticulously: all communal areas were very well kept with beautiful flower arrangements. All in all, a blissful experience!

Must be the best hotel in Nairobi.
From the first moment we arrived we were welcomed by all the staff. Notably, Nixon who met us when we first arrived at midnight, Christine who tended to us during our evening meal in the hotel restaurant, Caroline who arranged transport to the Giraffe Centre (definitely worth a visit) and many others. Their friendliness, professionalism and overall attitude made our visit to the Sarova Stanley, a pleasure. Also, the room was fabulous. Thanks to all. John and Lesley, Liverpool UK
