The Hotel is easily accessed and has a very quality services starting from the reception to other departments, professional advisors (Dr.Susan and madam Carolyne ) They have a good history starting from the origin of the hotel to the date It has a warm and welcoming environment where guests are warmly welcomed and treated equally professionally.

Located in the CBD, it provides easy access to business centers, shopping areas, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s ambiance reflects its rich heritage, with elegant interiors, polished wood finishes, and a timeless atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, though some areas feel slightly dated compared to newer luxury hotels. However, they still meet the standards expected of a high-end stay. Service is a strong highlight, with staff known for professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. Dining options are diverse and enjoyable, offering both local and international cuisines. Amenities such as a rooftop pool and fitness center add to the experience. On the downside, service can occasionally be slow during busy periods, and the surrounding CBD area may feel less vibrant at night. This is heaven on earth! The excellent teams, right from madam Susan and Caroline at front office , the great hospitality offered here is unrivaled, unmatched to speak the least. Excellent customer service here surpassed my expectations.. You not at Sarova Stanley, you missing alot. Home away from my home
