I visited the place with my family for 3days. The environment is so serene and breathtakingly beautiful! We enjoyed every minutes of the stay.. the lake view, the wiod animals, the hospitality. The staff we so kind. Gideon was so patient with the kids and we shall definitely be back soon. I

Unique experience to live close to wildlife

We stayed two nights and had a great experience. Very cool to have wildlife come so close to the lodge - zebras, waterbucks, vervet monkeys, hippos, giraffes, and many bird species. Good location for a boat tour and excursion to Hells gate. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I think the best service we had at all our hotel stays in Kenya so far. We got a room upgrade and had Alfred being a very good waiter for us during several meals. Food buffet was one of the better quality ones among the many hotels we stayed at in several parks. Many locals come as well, not only tourists. Quite a few conference guests during our stay on two weekdays. All together we would recommend this hotel for other guests visiting Naivasha.

Very high hospitality, highly courteous staff at all levels, esp at the restaurant. Ms. Dorcas has been exceptionally good. Excellent location, abd superior ambience. Room was not bad.
