Lake Naivasha Country Club

We had a wonderful stay at Muthu Lake Naivasha Country Club, and the experience was truly memorable. From the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality, everything came together perfectly to make our visit special. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by the peaceful and scenic atmosphere of Lake Naivasha. The property has a unique charm, with lovely gardens, a relaxing environment, and a wonderful setting that allows you to disconnect and simply enjoy nature. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent. The amenities and facilities added to the comfort of our stay and made it a great place to relax. The food was very good, with a nice variety of options, and we especially appreciated the quality and service. The overall atmosphere of the club was warm, peaceful, and family-friendly. However, what truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a very special mention must go to Sir Wilbert. Sir Wilbert was absolutely outstanding and genuinely made our day! His warm smile, positive attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel incredibly welcome. He took great care of us and ensured that we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. People like Sir Wilbert are what make a good hotel experience into a truly memorable one. The combination of the beautiful location, peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, good food, excellent facilities, and wonderful staff made our stay very enjoyable. It was excellent, memorable stay. Very natural environment. I was here for my wife's birthday and They made it very memorable. If you are nature lover you must choose this hotel.

We had one night here on our way to the Masai Mara. The place was clean and staff were great. Jackson was very helpful and attentive! We enjoyed watching the animals at dinner and from our porch. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Muthu Lake Naivasha Country Club. The location directly at Lake Naivasha is fantastic, and having zebras, monkeys, giraffes and even hippos around the hotel grounds makes the place feel very special. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully prepared for our arrival. The bathroom, however, felt a little basic compared with the room itself, and we would deduct a small point for cleanliness. The food was good, although we would have appreciated a little more choice. Breakfast service was somewhat slow, but to be fair, we were also in a hurry as we had to leave quite early for Amboseli. The staff, especially around the outdoor areas, were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a lovely place in a wonderful setting, and the wildlife on the grounds is something we will definitely remember.

We had a great time. One of a very few Lodges that are right on the water. Staff was exceptional. We had a waiter named Gideon who was fantastic. Hospitality and service to the max. That made all the difference for us.
