What a wonderful resort! The whole property is a great experience from the knowledgeable staff at the orphanage, to the expansive Conservancy. The staff everywhere are truly amazing so friendly and helpful in all areas - a special shout out to Lincoln, who made all of our travel arrangements to the hotel from Nairobi. Our Safari experience was remarkable thanks to Kamata are amazing guide! I can’t say enough about how remarkable this resort was.

I've been in fairmont Mount Kenya safari club for couple of years but this year I found somethings have changed and that made us feel special. One,from the main gate to reception we loved the well maintained grounds. Two,the door man. His name was Paul Mugo He welcomed us very well. His welcoming greetings and knowing how our journey was, was on another level and very professional. made sure that our luggages were well kept, as he escorted us to the lobby. Honestly he made us feel so special about it. His English,his dressing attire including his shoes looked very professional. During check-in we met Geoffrey. Who still welcomed us very professionally. His breath was very fresh,had a very nice flow of English. Then, Paul was still asked to take us to our room and he still made sure that we carried all our luggages and nothing was left behind. He made us a quick room orientation and he organised our ways to dinner very quick and efficiently. During checkout. We met hamfrey who came to pick us and he gave us a proper tour. We really enjoyed our stay. There are some several things I've learnt. MKSC staff's are well organised from the door man Mr.Paul Mugo welcoming and coordination is on another level. Geoffrey his checking process is professional. Hamfrey our driver his property tour was on another level. We highly appreciate. Planning to come back with our families and friends for December holidays. Bye bye 👋

A big thank you to Paul Mugo the Door Man. He assisted us with our heavy luggages. He was very professional and helpful and his positive attitude made our busy arrival so much easier. He was outstanding. He had a warm and welcoming smile and went beyond to help us with our bags and answered a quick question about getting to our room. Nympha also did a good job to us. She welcomed us with a smiling face. She's so polite and humble. Both Paul and Nympha are true examples of excellent servicemen. Planning to come back on December holidays with our family.
