Beautiful Property
An ideal get-away. we were greeted by friendly staff upon check-in. the property is very well maintained despite its enormity. you feel right in the middle of nature with all the different species of birds and animals roaming freely within the site with an exceptional view of Mt. Kenya. the property has an array of activities to offer each coming at its own cost (some basic free activities) food was good. they have a dresscode policy for dinner so be prepared for that. sadly though it seemed not to be uniformly applied. while i was sent back to change my footwear for supposedly being "not suitable" there were other guests wearing the exact same but were not told to change so not sure why the bias. anyway, an overall great experience at the property but could work on better service delivery.

A place worth coming back
Our stay at Fairmont mount Kenya was truly exceptional, beautiful rooms, Special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her warm welcome, At the Zebra Bar and restaurant, Caren stood out with her attentiveness to detail and outstanding service. She was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Her recommendation to try the outdoor experience was excellent, but we couldn't try one this time, the way she described it made us feel like we absolutely had to come back for more experiences at the hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club. The property is absolutely beautiful, serene, and peaceful — the perfect getaway. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A special shoutout to Nypha at the reception for being so kind, helpful, and welcoming. She truly made the experience even more memorable. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel extremely comfortable throughout my stay. Your warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated.
