Premium location and fun vibe. Staff goes above and beyond. Enjoyed the live music in the lobby and enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant

Great hotel centrally located. Their receptionist, Naz, went out of her way to make a reservation for my birthday last minute at Scala!!!

There were 3 different rooms available. I booked one, and then changed my mind a few minutes later, and successfully modified the booking. I received an email confirmation and everything looked good. Then a few hours before arriving I checked the reservation in-app, and I see it's been silently changed back to the original room. I call them up and am told it was a software problem and it was because it's "too last minute". When I arrive the guy simply shrugs his shoulders. I wasn't in the mood to fight about it with a tired family/kids waiting to get into a room. Really awful experience overall. The hotel itself is fine. The lobby and breakfast area look nice, but the rooms are definitely not luxury. The value for money is not here.

We stayed at Andaz Napa for one night as a family and really enjoyed our experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Napa and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a trendy, modern vibe that feels stylish without being stuffy. The complimentary wine pour at check-in was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the refillable water bottles, especially after traveling, small details that made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, though it could benefit from a few more kid-friendly options. That said, the food itself was great and clearly well thought out. Overall, Andaz Napa worked well for a short family stay and struck a nice balance between being chic and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to families looking to be centrally located in downtown Napa.
