Andaz Napa

Andaz Napa is perfectly located downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops. Staff were welcoming, and the hotel is maintained though a bit dated. We missed the welcome pour at check-in, only realizing later it’s standard. Valet felt understaffed, so we used nearby self‑parking which was easy. Globalist perk includes a $40 credit per registered adult, but it doesn’t apply to children, which goes against the usual World of Hyatt benefit.

Just returned from a weekend getaway and was very impressed. Honestly I chose this hotel because of the loyalty program/points. However, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lobby bar was lively and had live music. Definitely will return.

My girlfriends and I spent a girls’ weekend at the Andaz Napa Valley over Labor Day. Overall, we found it is a solid option in downtown Napa Valley. While our experience was mostly positive, I was surprised to find out the hotel does not have a fitness center. With that said, they do partner with a nearby health club. I also think there is room for improvement in the hotel’s cleanliness. We found hair and a hair tie behind the sofa sleeper in our room and there was a large stain on one of the cushions. Fortunately, this was mostly outweighed by the hotel’s location and wonderful staff. The restaurant staff, especially Merrick, were amazing! While not a 5/5, this hotel is a perfect fit and one I’d recommend if you’re looking for accommodations with shopping and dining options within walking distance.

Andaz and Hyatt never seem to fail. Always a pleasant visit with quality rooms and other assets at the location. We love Andaz as it still remains quaint and not loud and busy with a huge lobby. We like the reception where it is more personal and not the behind the desk counter like most hotels. The people are special and that what make a successful business. We will return on the next trip.

Andaz staff and hotel were most accommodating and helpful with our wedding group booking....working hard to allow early check in and pleasantly assisting our group with any requests and suggestions....breakfast was tasty too!
