Best of downtown Napa
The location is perfect, walking distance to several restaurants, wine tasting rooms and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful and the Andaz junior suite was incredible. Breakfast in the restaurant and room service was delicious. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and wanted. From the valet to the front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping, the service was impeccable. I will definitely be back.

--- I had a wonderful stay at Andaz Napa. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. As a Hyatt member, I appreciated the recognition and warm acknowledgment during my visit, which made the experience feel even more personalized. The room was spotless and impressively spacious, offering plenty of comfort throughout my stay. The bed was especially noteworthy—firm and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would gladly return on my next trip to Napa

Room way below quality for price. Upgrade for which we paid was a joke. Tv did not work. Safe did not work. Aircon awful. Stay somewhere else.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location. Great experience overall. Nice casual vibe while maintaining the quality you'd expect of a Hyatt.

Perfect Napa Base for a Special Dinner Night
We stayed at Andaz Napa from March 30–31, 2026. We chose the hotel for its convenient proximity to The French Laundry, as we needed a place to get ready before dinner and then head to SFO. Although check-in wasn’t until 4pm, we were lucky our room was ready early. Our initial room key didn’t work and we soon discovered the lock itself was broken, but the staff (Cooper) quickly stepped in to help. Emily at the front desk kindly upgraded us to a corner room for the inconvenience. The property was clean, self-parking was free, and our spacious room featured a beautiful bathroom stocked with MALIN+GOETZ amenities. Everything worked out perfectly and we made it to dinner on time. I only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the room more.
