Impossible to Sleep Due to Loud AC
The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very noisy, turning on with a loud sound that kept us awake all night.

Great hotel... Comfy bed, rainfall shower, soaking tub, and a magnificent outdoor area to hang out and enjoy the weather while sipping on great wine!

Andaz is in the heart of Napa
Andaz is right in the heart of downtown Napa. Restaurants, bookstores, art studios, and one or two jazz clubs are all within walking distance. You won't need a car once you arrive. However, if you want to explore the mountains, as well as various hiking trails, and of course, nearby wineries, those activities are less than an hour's drive away. Andaz makes a suitable launching point for anything you'd like to check out in Napa.

Awesome Stay
We've enjoyed staying at Andaz Napa on several occasions and keep coming back. The hotel and staff are excellent, and the location cannot be beat! This was the first visit for our friends traveling with us, and they really enjoyed their experience, too. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Staff is awesome and the location is absolutely fantastic. You can walk to everything. The bed was super comfy and the rain shower head was spectacular! Every single staff member was so pleasant to deal with also. They have valet or self parking, which is really close by and easy in and out access. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays in the lobby. Was it what a pleasant surprise
