Andaz Napa

We stayed at Andaz Napa for one night as a family and really enjoyed our experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Napa and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a trendy, modern vibe that feels stylish without being stuffy. The complimentary wine pour at check-in was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the refillable water bottles, especially after traveling, small details that made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, though it could benefit from a few more kid-friendly options. That said, the food itself was great and clearly well thought out. Overall, Andaz Napa worked well for a short family stay and struck a nice balance between being chic and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to families looking to be centrally located in downtown Napa.

A great hotel in a perfect location. The staff was wonderful. Especially Naz and LaMika at the front desk! The breakfast was excellent.

We traveled for a friend's 50th birthday celebration. Andaz was easy to find with complimentary self parking less than a5 minute walk away. The hotel was clean with everything in working order. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Andaz Napa is perfectly located downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops. Staff were welcoming, and the hotel is maintained though a bit dated. We missed the welcome pour at check-in, only realizing later it’s standard. Valet felt understaffed, so we used nearby self‑parking which was easy. Globalist perk includes a $40 credit per registered adult, but it doesn’t apply to children, which goes against the usual World of Hyatt benefit.

Just returned from a weekend getaway and was very impressed. Honestly I chose this hotel because of the loyalty program/points. However, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lobby bar was lively and had live music. Definitely will return.
