Daughter’s birthday with the ladies
Resort is a large business conference setting/ urban feel. Rooms are nice but not extraordinary. We had a large party with three rooms. Room service breakfast was wonderful, but Embers Steak was not great. Filet was tough, scallops not sweet, tough and rest of sides and desserts okay but not level we expected. Olive and Hay even worse, pasta was fine but sauces and meat poor. Not recommend resort restaurants. Coffee at coffee shop also not great.

Best Seabass EVER!!!
FANTASTIC Stay. Balcony that opens up to a view and the ability to open the Glass Sliding door and have the ability to get fresh air and bathe the room in Beautiful Napa fresh air through the wide screen doors. Did I mention he AMAZING way they prepare their Seabass and Fresh Catch!

Timothy was excellent. Kind, well spoken and helpful. The views were immaculate. All the staff were in good spirits and ready, willing and able to help at a moment’s notice.

Thank you Eric H. for the quiet of an out of the way room with a lovely view! We had a wonderful time at your resort enjoyed a lot of the amenities available. The rooms were great, the entire resort was very clean, and the service was exceptional.

Excellent Service
Upon check in, realized my reservation was to begin a day later. Eric and Timothy took the time to fix my reservation and give me the best available rate. Even though it was my error they took care of me and made sure my trip started off on the right foot.
