Grand Reserve at The Meritage

While the hotel resort itself was beautiful, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible customer service. There are two staff members, Alicia and Gerardo, who were excellent! Although we encountered some issues upon our arrival, they were both quick to correct it without question and made sure the rest of our check in process was seamless. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to even the smallest details made such a lasting impression. We also want to recognize the incredible Front Desk Director, Marissa. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. When I had to speak with her about some issues and concerns that we had during our stay, she patiently listened. She also did everything to make sure that the remainder of our stay was comfortable and that we were taken care of. It's rare to encounter people who care so deeply about creating a memorable guest experience, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. They are a shining example of what exceptional customer service looks like, and the hotel is incredibly fortunate to have them on their team. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Armando is truly a fantastic human being. So nice and very knowledgeable about the town of Napa. He has started our stay at the Meritage perfect.

Great room, great pool, great location, glad they have EV charging. I just wish they had do not disturb signs and the maids would not knock on the door at 9am.

Beautiful place to stay.. the pool cabanas were awesome!!Dawa the manager was very friendly and helped us a lot, always making sure we are having an awesome time..Our servers Nadia and Brooklyn was very kind, helpful And always checking in with us.. overall it was a wonderful experience!!

Great place to stay - with awesome amenities - great restaurants, cafe, pool, hiking trail behind - rooms are spacious - very resort-like atmosphere! We went there for a concert and wanted to try this place out - front desk check-in and check out was not a good experience as they weren't equipped for large events - long lines and the counter people were a little rude - probably because of the busyness and understandable - we also had to wait a few hours to get our room. We signed up for the Golden Stay Rewards and love the perks, but there should be a designated line for those members. We also have a Tesla and there were only 2 stalls available to charge which were occupied and the rest were not working.
