Check in and staff excellent
Pedro on the front desk check in helped me to a lovely room with the bath tub I had requested in my booking request. He and Maria were very friendly and explained our meetings set up and options in resort.

Make sure to request for Eunice when visiting Olive and Hay
We visited Olive and Hay for our anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered, from appetizer to dessert, was perfect. Our server, Eunice, provided the best experience and treated us wonderfully. We're so glad we went, and we will definitely come back again!

Wonderful place
We had our first time visiting Napa and our first hotel stay in Meritage resort and spa. We were warmly greeted by the friendly registration staff, Eric H. The check-in process was smooth, and he even gave us a quick tour and a map of things to do during our overnight stay. His helpfulness and accommodating nature made our experience truly enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, probably more during grape season. The heated pool and the availability of towels for use anytime added to our comfort. We had a wonderful time overnight and are already planning to return for a longer stay.
