Do not recommend - the staff were rude, room had a very unpleasant odor that remained on all my clothes days after I left, shower/tub made for no water pressure and a bad experience. The staff at the coffee shop o property provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Lastly - upon taking the time to let them know while I was staying there the issues with the odors and the shower, they did nothing. Upon receding my negative experience review - a note of regret from the GM. For $850 per night - this was a regrettable spend and experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Having the ability to text requests for needs through virtual assistant is awesome. Adelina was the team member who brought us the items we needed and was extremely quick and friendly. It’s always nice to feel like people enjoy their jobs and I get that feeling every stay here. I would’ve given an excellent rating but I did have a few issues at arrival with room not being ready and lack of communication once it was ready. Other than that it was a great staycation.

I stayed at Meritage for one night with 2 colleagues for a seminar being held at this hotel. We rented a 2 br suite that included a fold out bed in the TV room. Check-in was at 4pm but the room wasn't ready until after 6pm. The front desk staff (I believe named Xavier) was very kind and although it wasn't his fault, it was incredibly frustrating to stand in line every 30 minutes to see what was going on with our room. The lines are also very long and move slowly. We missed out on dinner that we had planned due to not being able to put our bags away and get changed after the long drive. We had snacks and had about 30 minutes to use the pool/hot tub before it closed for the evening. We got back to the room to turn in for the evening. The fold out bed had filthy sheets and pillowcases. I donated my pillows and sheet from my bed to cover the dirty bed so that my colleague had something to sleep on. The room price was over $800 and I've never in my life had to wait over 2 hours to check in to a hotel. The staff is kind but perhaps they need more housekeeping. We actually couldn't wait to leave the place. I regret not staying at the many lovely places in Napa proper and making the short drive to the seminar.

There are always great supplies in the room such as towels, toilet papers, creams and shampoo. The housekeeping staff are great! Just need to clean the carpet or rugs cleaner.

Very beautiful resort/friendly helpful staff. Great beds and even the sofa bed is comfortable with a thick mattress and no bar poking you in the back. Good food and service at Olive and Hay on site restaurant.
