The resort itself was nice, but overall my experience was pretty underwhelming. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. The rooms were just okay, but cleanliness was an issue from the start. Upon check-in, there were visible spots on the floor and brown residue on the soap dispenser and counter (possibly makeup or something else), which immediately raised concerns. Housekeeping did not improve things during our stay. Their daily service was very minimal they left trash behind, didn’t clean used glasses, and didn’t touch the floors. Honestly, we often couldn’t even tell they had come in unless we noticed the comforter had been tucked. Room service was another disappointment expensive and not good quality at all. The food was cafeteria food at best. Overall, the resort wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t live up to expectations. With better cleaning standards and improved service, it could be a much better experience.

My daughter and I enjoy our annual girls’ trips here. It’s convenient because everything we need is in one place. We start with swimming, have dinner at Olive & Hay, and then go bowling. The rooms are always clean, and we have no recent complaints. During Easter weekend, the staff were pleasant, especially Dawa, who was genuinely caring and ensured our stay was enjoyable. We hope to see her again during our next stay.

My wife and I came here for a few days - Sunday to Tuesday. We registered through TravelZoo and got some cool credits. Stuff was pricey, but with the credits, it was doable for us - bowling (yes, there were lanes there), room, the fact that they accept pets (we had a small chihuahua), adult-only pool and jacuzzi, mini hike in the vineyards behind the hotel, and the cleanliness of the entire resort were great. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there; however, choosing to go to restaurants in downtown Napa. We had a pricey glass of wine, about $20 per glass. Ate at Olive & Hay on premises. It was good but plan on spending about $60-80 for breakfast for two. Also, the staff was super nice. The balcony would have been great, but it didn't drain very well after rain, so it was a little flooded.
