Kaleem was amazing but we had issues with other things in the hotel. Kaleem saved yall from getting 1 star review, along with some of the maintenance team. Decent place. 5 stars for Kaleem though, give him a raise

Excellent Stay in Napa
This property is absolutely beautiful. The room was lovely and we were happy that there was an adults only pool option. It was great being able to walk through the vineyard right on site. We hope to visit again soon! It’s a great little summer concert venue as well!

Mayra was amazing! 10/10. And so were the lovely ladies at the front desk at the spa! Didn’t get their names.
Great experience at the spa. Can’t wait to come back! Friendly staff and beautiful space. And the watermelon water was beyond refreshing.

Totally Surprised🤗
We’re thrilled‼️ Concerned as we arrived, we have one additional person, so we needed an upgrade to our reservation, I asked the representative at the desk, thinking the price would be out of reach, to our SHOCK, we’re upgraded to an awesome suite, similar to a two bedroom house with EVERYTHING, Yes EVERYTHING‼️ Thank You🌷😘 Merritage‼️

Fraud! Do not stay here they will do everything in their power to charge you twice
I've seen a review here before from a gentleman from Vancouver about getting charged twice for their stay. Lo and behold the same thing happened to us! These charges are not cheap at around 700/night I don't know who they think they are Meritage must be in the business of fraudulent charges. Their customer service is no where to be found. We used a 3rd party to book for a stay in June (it is now July) and we still haven't heard back from any of the staff. Meritage, will you own up to your mistakes and make things right!?
