hotel has stopped champagne greeting and no more robes in room, not enough staff

3 x the price than the Napa Best Western, A B class hotel trying to be an A over charging guests and nickle and diming you with $75 resort fees, multiple taxes that drive an average standard king room into the $550 range. No more champagne at check in, no more nice robes in your room. You must call room service to get ice for your unchilled white wine they put in your room. Really not enough staff to make sure your stay is good. No cold water in room, so couldn’t shower with only piping hot water in shower. Complicated illy coffee maker and only 2 pods supplied and cups too small. Normally great Olive& Hay restaurant messed up our drink orders and crispy artichoke appetizer was deep fried dripping in oil - ugh. Where are the fresh farm to table vegetables in this menu??? Where are the vegetarian options? Very limited and disappointing

Clean room good service except very bad front check out service Please read the earlier over charged the room rate when checking out not finding the reason blaming the customer for wrong reservation. After back and forth arguments finally realized it was system error wasted lots of our time and corrected the room rate after 45 mins

Outstanding site inspection with Sidney Our suite was so comfortable with the fireplace…I told my husband “this is why I wanted you to come to NAPA with me!” Our dinner in Olive and Hay was marvelous, and we are hard to impress since we are New Orleanians….Eunice was so attentive and gave us excellent suggestions. We had the Lamb Shank, Chicken Marsala, Tirimasu, and Italian Donuts-all were impressive. We are heading off to the hot tub, which is my favorite part of any stay! I am thrilled to be sending clients here next month.

We had a great experience at this resort. It was clean and conveniently located to Napa Valley. We especially had the best waitress, Eunice, at Olive & Hay. She is is attentive and excellent service! We went to see her two nights in a row for dinner. The atmosphere is as also excellent!
