Grand Reserve at The Meritage

From the time we made the reservation, to the check in, and all the way to the check out - long lines in lobby, misinformation given to us, lack of any follow up, made for a miserable 2 night stay. Plenty of better (and cheaper) places in Napa - you MUST for elsewhere. I’m still waiting for my bill to be accurate and waiting on management to address the ongoing list of concerns during our stay. Be smart and stay away from this place.

Very disappointed with the customer service at Blend Café at The Meritage Resort. My husband and I are currently staying at this resort for our anniversary. I went down to request two sets of utensils because our takeout order didn’t include any. The employee at the counter, whose name was Yenny (or Jenny), responded by slamming the entire container of forks and knives down in front of me without a word. It felt unnecessarily rude and completely uncalled for, especially considering I was just trying to get what was missing from our order. For a place located inside a resort that promotes hospitality and relaxation, this was not the experience I expected. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously.

Staff was very helpful and attentive when asked to provide additional soaps/dishwasher cleaning supplies. Also finding a baking sheet when unit did not have one

Wilbert is very accommodating and made sure we had our best time and made sure everything is okay and got what we needed. Food are great and excellent!
