Run….run far away. Do not stay here. We booked a suite several weeks ago in advance…only to arrive and the suite had been ‘ given away’. Offered us a ‘room upgrade’ in an old part of the hotel that had not been upgraded. Run…

Xavier (front desk) was friendly, professional and kind. Great service at front desk. Wilbert at olive and hay was an excellent server. VERY knowledgable, kind and attentive. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Napa area
