Village View = Parking Lot View with no decent view and the probability of being awakened at midnight by groups hanging out in the parking lot, even if you're on the the third floor. What's the point of having a private balcony if you see nothing but asphalt and vehicles. "Village View" implies there are shops within walking distance (other than Oxbow Market). This room option is clearly misrepresented on their site. Would never consider returning. Definitely not worth the price.

No river view, overpriced, and on its last legs. Terrible breakfast and slow service. $7 for a bottle of water. Ruined a lovely vacation day after a great ride in the Vista Dame Napa Wine Train. Apparently there are two hotels near the train with “river view” in the name. I guess my wife and I picked the wrong one.

I stayed at the River Terrace Inn with my family for my mother's 60th birthday trip and it was such a lovely experience. The concierge was so welcoming and helpful, the room was cleanly and bright with a patio we could sit out on to enjoy a bottle of wine together. There is a modern bar area off the front lobby that is also a cafe in the morning for breakfast, which is al a carte unfortunately. The bar/cafe opens up to a wonderful patio area with fire tables and a walking path along the river. Beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing ambiance for their vacation.

We loved the location and the rooms were very comfortable. We were sad to not be able to use the outdoor patio as our weather was not great at the time of our stay. It’s such a pretty patio! There were little touches like a free wine tasting in the lobby that made our stay enjoyable. The only thing I would improve is the drink selection in the Alba bar. It left little to be desired.

This is not a luxury hotel. Misleading advertising. The rooms do not look like the pictures, customer service is non existent and rooms are not clean. Had to ask 3 times for my room to be cleaned. This is at the most a 2-star hotel. Not worth what they are charging per night.
