The property itself is gorgeous. The Rooms were attached small but nicely renovated, comfortable and clean. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. And the food at our conference was surprisingly delicious.

Beautiful resort overall. Some areas are a bit dated, but a lot of the property was under construction and being renovated during our stay, so I’m sure it will be even more beautiful once everything is completed. We visited during the off-season, so several of the smaller area pools were closed, along with the main pool restaurant and bar. However, the main resort pool was open, heated, and very nice. The staff was extremely helpful any time we needed something. Our room had a mini fridge but no microwave, so I called the front desk and they brought one to our room right away. My only complaint, and to be fair, I never brought it to the resort’s attention because it was just my fiancé and me, and we were up late and out early anyway, was the soundproofing between rooms. We stayed in one of the King Premium rooms in the Mansion Estates, which had a connecting door to the room next to us. Because of that, we could literally hear everything—early morning conversations, music, and late-night activity. Since I didn’t notify the resort, they didn’t have a chance to remedy it, but I wanted to mention it for light sleepers or families traveling with kids who may need uninterrupted sleep. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with helpful staff and great potential, especially once the renovations are complete.

This was an old resort with old charms however our condo and some some of facilities were remodeled recently or on the way to refinish for 2026 season. All support member services and facilities were exceptional even though couple buildings were still in construction when we visit early March 2026. I would recommend this resort highly to family and friends
