Silverado Resort

Great experience for a great value. Well located. 2nd time staying in property. Stayed in the townhouses in the North. Played the North Golf course as well. Beautiful PGA course. The market in the morning is also convenient. Will visit again.

I found the resort surprising tired. The main facility was choppy thus if the weather was bad, you had a very small space/bar area to gather with friends. When we requested ice for our room, they said there was a $6.00 ice fee even though, as a resort guest, you pay $55.00 per night for their "resort amenities". When we explored their spa/gym area, we were told there was a fee to swim in the pool, limited access to open space in the gym due to classes....all while they advertise a "state of the art" workout facility to enjoy as a resort guest. The final kicker for this less than average stay was ordering a latte from their "in house" Starbucks cafe. The barista used what we suspect old milk, sour milk but we had already driven off property when we discovered our drinks were undrinkable. Very disappointing.

Beautiful accommodations! We liked the food at the grill restaurant. We come every year with our family to celebrate Easter at Silverado because everyone likes it so much. We look forward to coming again next year to play golf, go swimming and play tennis!!

Accommodations were great, clean staff was amazing. This place was a hidden gem. I really couldn't find anything to complain about. They came in every day and made the bed. You could have room service. Send breakfast to your room everyday, if you'd like. And at night after you've been to the wineries all day, you can relax on their patio.

Hotel rooms old and outdated. Our room smelled of smoke. We called for frebreze, but did not clear the smell. Spiders and bugs throughout the room, in bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. A/C was loud and did not cool well. Hotel staff not helpful or attentive. Furniture was dirty. Towels were dirty. Limited availability of amenities.
