Our shower was broken. They said they would fix it and never did. It was unfortunate for the price that I paid to unable to clean yourself. We could have gone camping and saved. I wrote an email to see how they would help rectify this and never received an answer.

Alexis Hayes at Silverado is an absolutely amazing golf instructor! She has a great, easy going, gentle personality with the ability to promote wellness and positive outcomes with her encouragement. She has shown me methods that enhanced my ability to be more confident on the golf course. I find that she also has a sig amount of experience and has been in the sport since childhood and its family exposure that helped increase her passion which is evident in her ability to provide above par instruction to novice and seasoned players. A side note: love the Golf Pro Shop it has a nice variety of gear with reasonable prices. I also appreciate the women's section b/c I feel we often have less options but great touch to balance out the vast array of apparel. Cant wait to be back in NAPA at SILVERADO!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Silverado Resort. It started with Thea who checked us in. She was so friendly and helpful and made us feel special. We loved our cottage room and hated to leave. The grounds are so beautiful that you never get tired of walking around and just enjoying the surroundings. We will definitely be back and recommend Silverado to our family and friends.

There were many great things about Silverado. We enjoyed golfing, and the golf staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a delicious dinner at the Grill. The only thing that made us rate this resort average was the cumbersome procedure of using the resorts own virtual gift card. Their computer system was unable to scan the QR code. So a 19 character code had to be manually entered every time the card was used. Even the front desk couldn't enter the card on arrival, necessitating you check out in person, and manually enter the 19 digits. We learned via email that Silverado management is well aware of this issue. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star resort.

We booked a package to stay and play . The golf course-south-was excellentl, great check in and great starter. However one person manning the food shack which held up everybody . The real issue was our room stunk of mold. Just horrific. We called and asked to have it addressed- went to dinner, returned and had a miserable nights sleep .
